Ordered pickup Saturday Feb 7th and said it’d be ready at 11:38am. Get there at 11:42 and was told they don’t open til 12. Not sure why I’d be alllowed to place an order and also told it’d be ready at a certain time if they’re not even open. Was on my way to an event and now late.

I placed an online order at 3 pm for a 5 pm pick up. My husband was there at 5 and they said 1 pizza wasn’t made and it would be 10 minutes. At 6 pm they did not have any of our food and gave us a refund. Soooo disappointed. My husband missed most of the 2nd half of the Packer game and we were looking forward to yummy pizza and some wings…

Ordered online food was over an hour late it said DoorDash driver was making another stop then he would be here food was cold the time it got here things were missing from the order tried to call but when you call the number it sends you to like a corporate dispatch was on hold for 20 minutes once transferred to the store and no one still answered. I was still waiting on hold went into the store just to see if there’s anything they could do and explain how unhappy I was. The store was super busy tons of people complaining and waiting for food very little help. The manager said he would come to the front but never showed his face and never came up. Waited in the store for 20 or 25 minutes. Still never seen a manager so I left I would not recommend this place at all. I spent $80 in tip $20 like I said me and my family literally ate cold food.

On both 10/29 and tonight deliveries are not on time. The first date was my daughter’s birthday and it was over 2 hours late, manager said he would refund me (he did not). Now again tonight the lady on the phone said they are busy and it was leaving the door now. 27 minutes after the call, the app says pizza is on way as of 6:19. I live maybe 6 minutes max from the store. Horrible experiences hands down. Now tonight, waiting.

Been here a handful of times, always at the drive through picking up a mobile order. They’re always friendly, and the pizzas and wings are better than most Pizza Hut locations.

I moved to Wisconsin a year ago from Illinois and I tended to avoid Pizza Huts there due to quality and service. I've ordered from this location numerous times and the food consistently turns out good! I usually place my orders online and pick up my orders as I work in the area so I cannot speak to the delivery aspect. If you like Pizza Huts, try this one.
NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE ORGINAL PAN PIZZA IS WITH THICK FLUFFY CRUST. HUSBAND ORDERED ORGINAL PAN PIZZA WITH THICK FLUFFY CRUST TEXTURE. WHAT HUSBAND REALLY GOT WAS CRUST THINNER AND TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT HE WANTED. HUSBAND ASKED THE EMPLOYEES IF YOU KNOW WHAT ORGINAL PAN PIZZA LIKE A DEEP DISH IS. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY HAD KNOW CLUE OF THE DEEP DISH ORGINAL PAN PIZZA IS. DISAPPOINTED AND CONFUSED. GOOGLE EVEN SAYS PIZZA HUT STILL OFFERS THIS CRUST.

WTH???? Ordered pizza online and made it to the store before they closed… but nobody was working. Employees all left when I arrived at the empty store. I had already PAID and was expecting to pick up my order but my food was NOT there. Stole my money and wrong information online about store hours. My order shouldn’t have even gone through! Yet it did and I lost my money!! Very dishonest people, they should have called me but clearly they only care about money. When I arrived, 3 other customers were also there waiting for the food they had paid, confused why the store lied and was closed. Terrible service and nothing else open at this time leaving me hungry and angry.

What a joke! Worst pizza hut ever..... waited for 45 minutes. Order was wrong and missing items. Refused to refund my online order. Employees shouting and swearing at eachother and customers. Super unprofessional. At least 4 others cancelled their orders just while I was there. Where's the management? I want my money back.
