We recently moved to the area and stated doing pick up. Everyone is always very kind. Pizza is well made and the large one topping is a great deal.

I ordered a pizza 2 times to pick up and each time they didn't have meatballs. Makes me wonder how much longer they will last. Sure a downfall in quality since the 80s-90's not as good

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The pizza looked like someone had just thrown it in helter skelter. Pizza looked unappealing, Also delivery guy , after I thanked him said, "yeah whatever" this was a very bad experience, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Our personal experience was just not very good, simply said! Have tried diff locations & unfortunately I must say I personally think Pizza Hut as a whole is just on an unfortunate continuous decline! Used to be a pizza fav, however, over the yrs other Pizza places have just left us w better experiences! Ordered Pizza Hut this wk & BOTH pizzas were not cooked all the way (very light colored & doughy), 1 pizza had 1 jalapeño per slice & the other had twice the crust due to the toppings not being spread out! All-in-All just not the experience we were hoping for! *Give it a try-maybe you'll have a better experience!!

It is always a great experience when coming to this Pizza Hut location. Gilly did a great job and displayed a can-do attitude when helping me with picking up my order. He even helped me bring the 10 pizza's out to my car, which I really appreciated. This location has a great team. I would recommend this location if you want hot and fresh pizza. Thanks again!

Terrible experience. Placed order online. Went to pickup pizza when indicated it would be ready, but couldn’t walk inside store - doors locked. Had to walk to the drive-up window and risk getting run over by cars that pull in - HUGE safety risk. Then told pizza isn’t ready and will be another 10 minutes. Waited and had to walk back into drive-up lane again and was almost hit by a car that pulled in. Staff didn’t seem to care nor did they apologize for the delay. After returning home I opened pizza to find it was not made as requested. Tried to call store and they did not answer phone.
On April 24 employees refused to honor promotion pizza advertised on both PH website as well as Facebook. When the ad was read to them he said " I would suggest that you order on line and then good luck finding someone to give it to you for that price cause I won't!"The promotion was ANY MEDIUM OR LARGE PIZZA, UP TO TEN TOPPINGS, INCLUDING SPECIALTY PIZZAS FOR $12.00 WE WANTED A SUPREME...Will not be bringing my business back and will be advising others about the bait and switch action...

Very good pizza, but the service was excellent. The young girl that took my order was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful! She had a very pleasant smile. It's nice to finally have someone smile when they are working.
