I live in California and I like to treat my family (Who lives in Madison) occasionally to the Pizza Pit-Madison West. I prefer to call in my orders. Alex along with Josh has assisted me with these orders in the past. They were both friendly, helpful & made sure that the order along with delivery went smooth. Ordered the big chicken strips and curly fries. Was ready in about 5 minutes. Counter dude recommended Dijon BBQ for my order, and he was right about that. Even had to go back up and get an extra sauce. Didn't try the pizza. Place had the limited seating you'd find at a chinese take out spot. Looking like they do mostly deliveries and take away. Place is too quiet, put some music on. I'd stop in again next time in the area for work.
