Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It was great coming here but all I really had a problem with is the portion you get for the price of red beans and rice. Everything else was great.

I placed an order through the Popeyes app, but it was picked up and delivered by Doordash. We received a completely different order and it was cold. Took it back to Popeyes and they tried gaslighting us saying we ordered through Doordash and it's their fault! I even showed screenshots and the order history from the Popeys app, but the manager refused to look at it and walked away into the back of the restaurant.

Excellent food but too expensive.

Got some Popeyes with my little guy. Service was fast and friendly. Inside restaurant was clean. Would definitely come back again.

The French fries were horrible. Two orders of tenders. No napkins with the take out order.

Popeyes is great but this place sucks. Never seen them properly put fries in the bag. Always upside down scattered all over. They will also make you wait in the parking lot for your order but not bring it out to you or notify you that your food is ready.

1/10 service, have fun waiting & wasting your precious time that you will never get back.

The food is good, best thing is the nice lady who is always working. She should be the boss if she is not. Remembers customers with their hidden disabilities and is super friendly

45 min wait. Had to give my order 3 x's. Person who took my order huffed when I stated ok for chicken to take additional 20 minutes. Then lady came out and stated 10 more minutes after waiting additional 15 from the 20 minutes wait. Food was a letdown ordered a 12 piece family meal and no biscuits, 10 pieces and sweet tea was room temperature. Had to go inside was in drive thru. Waited and advised of being shorted out again caught the attitude showed receipt and they said it was a 8 piece meal and they gave me two for free. Requested money back and they couldn't because Manager on break. Called my credit card and disputed. Never again

Worst customer service I went through the drive-thru I had a couple questions the girl needs to know how to not talk crap about her customers she had an issue because I had questions two questions. After taking my order telling me the total which actually was wrong because I went to another location and my the cost for the exact same order was $6 cheaper so she was going to overcharge me for what she was charging me for anyway she I can't say it in here but she basically said that she hates customers she hated me she hated the fact that I didn't know the menu. But she swore to that whole thing believing that she had me on mute or maybe she wanted me to hear her I don't know but it was the rudest thing that I have ever dealt with and I've gone to Taco Bell where they are rude every single time I will never go back here and I will be telling everybody that I know how horrible this girl spoke about me. I tried to tell a manager but some random guy told me that he was the manager but I don't think he was because when I asked him if he was a manager he kind of looked confused and then it's like why what's wrong, but he never went and got anybody else also they were going to give me a small Sprite when I ordered a large Sprite but I didn't take any of the food anyway so it didn't really matter but it would have been wrong so while she's in there talking crazy about me she's not even doing her job correctly or listening

Popeyes has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but this one really surprised me. When they say fast food, they aren't kidding. My food was out in less than a minute. This is usually how it is with Popeyes, but it never fails to amaze me. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a very open concept, which is definitely my favorite type of setting. The soda machine even amazed me. They had strawberry Fanta, which is one of my favorite, and I've never seen it at a regular soda machine. The hospitality was good there. He was easy to understand and clear. My food even came out with extra packets of ketchup, which was very nice, and my fries were overfilled, which was amazing. The chicken on my sandwich was thick and JUICY. Once again, Popeyes has putdone themselves.
