I really enjoyed the food, but the red cabbage is quite bland. The big pretzel feeds 6+people. If you have 3-4 people, half pretzel is fine. Great German bier selection.

Adam makes the best old fashioned in town!!! Came here after having one at the iconic Old Fashioned and this one was significantly better!

The sauerbraten meat and gravy was delicious. Potato pancakes were just hashbrowns and the German potato salad and red cabbage need vinegar! They are drab without that zest of vinegar.

A little expensive, but decently authentic. You'll pay more here for beer than at Oktoberfest.

You might want to update your phone message and your website. We drove over from Oconomowoc since both led us to believe you would be open at 4 on a Tuesday.

Great beer and one of the largest and best pretzels I've had in a long time. The beer cheese and the homemade horse radish was awesome. Highly recommended

This place has a cool atmosphere and the pretzels and boots of beer are gigantic. Our server, Patrick, was super

We have been to Prost a few times and always enjoyed it. We had a super awesome experience with Patrick as our server! He made great beer recommendations, brought a sample that he thought we would like based on our other orders and was super genuine and nice to chat with. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I appreciate that they have an impossible sausage on their menu! And vegetarian sides! I do not expect to have something to order at a German sausage spot, but was pleasantly surprised!

Very neat place. Parking is suboptimal, but that's the cities fault and not theirs.

Great service and food. No reservations but wait is not bad. Family style tables to share. Unlike some places, the benches have an open area behind them for servers and others to be able to seat without everyone having to get up. Noise level is high, but everyone having a grand time.

Excellent food and prices are very affordable for the size of the meals. Also, there are a lot of beer options and N/A beers (which is not very common!). Big TVs in the walls to enjoy the games. This is a perfect place for a big group; the main area offers big long tables. The restaurant is always clean and service is very friendly. Parking is on the street.
