My visit and experience at this place was horrible, the manager on duty Luis along with the 3 employees were very rude to us. I will never return to this place or I recommend it.

I got yelled at for asking for silverware. They did not offer chips or any condiments. I was not impressed with the service and it was not worth it. Additionally, some other patrons of this facility were screaming and I was close to calling the cops. If you are a woman and want food, it is not worth it. Save your time, because you do not deserve it. There was also not a bathroom for paying customers. I will be contacting corporate for a refund.

Worker closed burrito before we even got to the toppings counter, and then said we couldn’t add any topping bc it was already wrapped 😭😭 then at check out put our bag of chips on the floor, we said hey could we have a bag that wasn’t on the floor and he tried to fight us???
Zero parking because it's on State Street but the service is always good and online orders are always prompt. The food quality is a hair below what I'm used to from Qdoba, but overall it's not a bad option.

I'm honestly done ordering delivery from Qdoba. They can't pay their employees a livable wage and then they outsource their delivery to door dash. Doordash pays their drivers even less which means the drivers have no idea where they are even delivering the food to. I'm done. Bye Felicia.

unprofessional, stupid workers! I came to pick up an online order for a popular delivery, the package that I was supposed to pick up is not there! Only workers give out these packages, the worker immediately said that another driver took it, you could tell from his face that he was lying, I asked him to show the program that this order was picked up, and as always they said "no", I asked to re-order, but they said "no".

I live Qdoba but this branch is bad. Some of the employees here don’t adhere to hygiene practices. Now when I see the same employees I leave without ordering.
One of them also doesn’t give me what I want! I wanted to add lettuce in my quesadilla and he refused! I have been doing that for years but he just refused for no reason and I had to argue loudly with him! Same thing happened with sauces he doesn’t want sauces to be inside rather he says these are on the side. I tried other branches in the city and they don’t do that.
I once saw also a small cockroach — I can’t fully blame them because state street is not clean enough so bugs can enter but still I think they can improve the atmosphere and make sure things are cleaner

Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurant- quick, easy and cheap. I usually don’t have a complaint, the food is always delicious, and the service is always amazing. My experience tonight left me sobbing in the car. I have severe issues with Gluten and since my girlfriend was ordering a burrito before I ordered my food, I politely asked the lady behind the counter to change her gloves before preparing my bowl. She didn’t understand, so asked her coworker what I said. When she got translated what I asked, she laughed and made some snarky remarks in spanish to her coworker, in front of me. To add to the injury, when checking out, the manager didn’t bother giving me my receipt, at the same time as calling my girlfriend sir. Very condescending, do not recommend going to this location if you are trans or need accommodation with your food.

The employees got our order wrong and were listening to things on their phone at such a loud volume we could hear it clearly from our seats at the front of the store. Everything was visually very dried out though the meats were the worst. The tables looked clean at first but were sticky, and the hand sanitizer was empty.
The food at least tasted okay, and service was fast. Expensive for what we got out of it.

Went in on St Patrick’s day and the line was long and the place was packed. Staff did a nice job of keeping the line moving and the food was good.
