So there seems to be a lot of people unaware of the fact that you have to be a rewards member to get the free burrito for national burrito day. I was pretty upset when I got to the end of the line that I was not going to get the burrito for free. I was even more upset knowing that the person in front of me in line had the same misconception and their burrito was compensated due to the confusion but I had to pay even though I was in the same boat as her. I understand not everyone can be compensated but it was still frustrating.

1st time at Qdoba, made a bowl to go, open it to find a hair ball and strands of white fur on top. Will absolutely NEVER EVER eat there again! Disgusting!!!

Nice staff but watch closely. They tried to give me a quesadilla without the cheese melted. Then I got home to find ALL the queso had leaked out of the cup and soaked the bag of chips. They became soggy bag nachos that I couldn’t save for later. Thankfully it was all in a plastic bag or it would have been all over my car seat. The chicken quesadilla didn’t have much flavor (bland chicken?). Not the best $20 I’ve spent.

We ordered catering for a party--hot bar for 10 people plus a few add-ons (such as salad and queso). We found that all the meat (chicken and steak) was missing and had to drive all the way back to this location to pick it up. Later on, we discovered that we never received the queso or flour tortillas we ordered either. As for the food, it tasted okay, but it was absolutely not worth the price. The catering is quite expensive.To Qdoba's credit, I was able to call and get items refunded we never received. The customer service was so-so. There was no apology or sympathy for our poor experience. Overall, I do not plan to use Qdoba's catering again or recommend it.
