We were charged $3.30 for a cup for water and $1.50 for free guac. Asked the staff to correct it but they didn't understand English well enough, or just didn't want to. The burrito wasn't good. I was going to stop eating it but was hoping for some protein, and didn't get to the 6 cubes of meat until reaching the bottom corner pocket of the burrito.
Please support our exceptional local Medican restaurants. Laredos and La Mestiza are two that use quality ingredients and cook excellent dishes. The price is $1-2 more than Qdoba, or maybe less, since they don't charge you $4.50 for things they tell you are free. Carry out is ready in 10 minutes, you'll have plenty of leftovers, and you won't regret your life decisions!

Went here for some food before work. No one working knew what they were doing and wouldn’t listen to my order. Which is fine, it’s early in the morning I get it. I take a bite and notice that my guacamole seems fizzy and acidic compared to normal, started eating more of it and realized that the guacamole has fermented. This is a huge health violation and could seriously make someone sick. DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered two taco salads for pick up. Neither had hardly any lettuce, one had it’s shell forgotten. I ordered two diet cokes but got regular. Like you could have asked me 😅 disappointing

Our office had a large catering order. The food was all hot and ready to eat. Grant delivered the food and did all the set up. He was amazing and so friendly & kind!! Great guy and great food!! Thank you!!!

I did an online order where I ask for chicken and Birria meat. Once i was ready to eat my burrito bowl I didn't see no birria meat. I pay extra for extra meat/protein. This is ridiculous.

The portions have gotten really small. not even a full scoop of rice, beans or chicken. It was eye opening when the rice didn't even cover the floor of the bowl. I guess Chipotle gets my business from now on.

Ordered my food pick up. Got there 15 minutes early I could see they weren’t busy and 1 to go bag ready. Got my food was charged my extra chips even tho you only get half a bag to begin with. Once I got home 5 minutes away my food was cold because I ordered it 50 minutes prior and I’m pretty sure that’s when it was made, none of my extras were added and customer service was very very RUDE! I will not be returning to this location

I ordered nachos chips on the side. This was the bag of chips they gave me. I asked for more and they said they aren't allowed to give anymore. I ordered another large bag the same size for $2.59. Both bags equal half a bag of chips. This seems crazy….
