Ordered a bowl of clam chowder and a plate of noodles to be delivered by grub hub. No bowl of clam chowder came. I immediately called red lobster for the soup. They would do nothing and blamed Uber eats, and said get a refund from them. The bag was sealed at red lobster, they obviously dropped the ball and refused to pick it up. Very poor management!

The Lobster flatbread was excellent! The Cod Fishfry was not good - fish tasted frozen, not fresh. Our waitress was very pleasant.

Good food and service. However, SUPER annoying that we had a 6 pm reservation and needed to wait 30 minutes to get seated. We would have picked a different place if we knew our reservation was meaningless.

Cheddar biscuits 😍😍 reserved a spot thinking they might be too busy around lunch time on a Saturday but they weren't busy so it works out either way. Having said that, they're short staffed so not as attentive service. My dad tried the new seafood boil. The crabs were on a diet lol there was hardly anything. It still needs improvement, but the spices and seasonings were great though! The clam chowder soup is thick and heavy but good. Did not like the fettuccine Alfredo. Very bland. Caesar salad was great!

Update: The problem was rectified, and I will come back and give this place another chance. Once I do that, I will update my entire review. 1st update: changed review from 1 to 3 stars

Absolutely awful. The food was bland and overcooked. We spent almost two hours here, and it was not even busy. We spent $150 on the absolutely garbage seafood boil that was overcooked and unseasoned. Everything was shriveled up, which shows that it was overcooked.

The drinks were also awful and took 20 minutes to come out every time I ordered a drink. I would order and twenty minutes later the server would come back and say, “I am still waiting on your drink.” There were probably a total of 10 tables and no one at the bar. I have no idea why it took so long other than maybe the server forgot, but I have no idea if that’s even the case. It took the server 30 minutes to even greet us and ask what drinks we wanted in the first place.

The biscuits were gross. The alcoholic drinks were just sugar and water. The boil was gross, and the lobster was far too overcooked along with the boil being overcooked. The entire atmosphere was poor too. Everything was sticky (the tables, doors, handles, etc.)

One side note, the table behind me even asked me what I thought of my food. I gave them a grossed out face, and they said, “RIGHT?! Isn’t it so bad?!” They were also shocked with the poor quality, and we both agreed on the reasons why it was awful, which was sad, but reassuring.

The smell was so awful as well, not because of the fish, but just an old greasy, musty, sticky restaurant smell, the one where you walk in and know they don’t clean very well, if at all.

The lamps and tops of the seating were very dusty. There was a spider, spider webs, flies, and dust on the lamp on my table. I 10000000% do not recommend anyone to come here. You will most likely regret it. I definitely did.

Got the seafood boil with lobster, crab legs, and shrimp. Lobster tails were very small, overcooked and rubbery. Crab legs were small and uninviting. Shrimp were chewy and overcooked as well. Dissapointing experience. Especially for the price tag

Hello folks, this was a quote directly from my girlfriend while we were sitting at the table.

“Wouldn’t you change a thing?”

We start off with the crispy dragon calamari. 10/10 Attached.

I will say the size of the lobster tail was on the small/middle size. 7/10

The snow crab legs are now tiny. Size of a hand. 5/10

Not what they used to serve from my memory. (Early 2000s)

The nostalgia and biscuits was enough tho, good taste and server was great.

Ann L. Was great moving quick refills on point. Especially on a Sunday, was fantastic!

The server we had was minimal at best. Only left a 15% tip. He didn't even deserve that. He was polite but not attentive. We spent $200 and if the food wasn't so good. I wouldn't come back because of that service. Or I would make sure I didn't have the same waiter
