24th december 2024: why? Why was this place closed? Why are we being punished on Christmas eve? Is this what I worked for all year long, to not be able to meet Santa? We drove past Red Rocks.. the bull was not even switched on. we like going to Red Rocks, but this is a clear violation of my trust and undying faith in the bull at red rocks. please keep it open next year.

Absolutely furious! I purchased a ticket for their pub crawl event and used a ride-sharing service. I arrive only to be denied entry because I have a backpack (carrying my bulky costume). Nowhere on their website or the event does it say backpacks are not allowed. Security refused to contact the manager and told me to step aside. So now I have to pay another fare to go back and forth to my house and waste an hour that I could be spending partying.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar. The host, Charlie, told me I had to stand at the table and made me put a chair at a different table after I moved it to sit with my friends. He told my friends we had made an “agreement” that I would not sit with them if I sat somewhere else an hour prior, after having finished my dinner. I did not agree to anything. This is a bar serving $2 burgers. There were no servers or anything, everything was on my tab and through the bartender. Charlie held this grudge against me all night, harassing me on three separate occasions about where I was sitting. I’ve never felt less relaxed while enjoying my dinner and drinks. Then, as we were leaving one of my friends was not able to finish her burger, so she took it with her. Charlie told her that she would have to give it to him before leaving, after which he promptly went to the back with the entire burger that she paid for, presumably to eat it. There was no signage anywhere indicating that you could not take food with you. It was appalling. Charlie then told me that if we had followed his system, he would have let us take the burger. Charlie, please just hand me the rule book next time, to save me and my friends the trouble. If you’re going here, be prepared to follow Charlie’s rules. I will never be returning to this establishment.
