Good food, ample seating, many board games. I like that if you spend money on food and drinks, which I'm probably going to anyway, then there's no board game fee. The menu has a lot of options and the service is quick. I am interested in going to their events, but I wish the location was closer to downtown. I guess the parking is one benefit if the farther location though.

Great board game selection, and the most amazing Singaporean Chicken Rice. I go there regularly, and constantly recommend it to all my friends!

I love this place. There are tons of board games, their boba is really good. They also have a small menu of Korean inspired dishes and apps. I am a big fan of the red bean tayaki.Kid-friendliness: Lots of board games for all ages!

Really great board game cafe with solid Asian food. Had the bibimbap which was delicious. Board game selection is very broad, there is something for everyone. The board game fee is very reasonable (just $5 for a small group). Ended up playing three different games. Definitely worth checking out

Love the concept and all the games. I came in with my 3 kids 6 and under and we were able to have a nice snack and find several games that even my 1 year could participate in. There are also lots of high level strategy games so definitely something for everyone. I hope to come back with my kids when they get older and have a bit more of an attention span.My only issue was that the boba was not consistently chewy— some of it was undercooked and some was too soft. Also the tea flavor was very weak it was almost just milk. Its so hard to find a truly excellent bubble tea— I think this cafe will stand out if they can pull it off.

Love the food here!! Our Bibimbap was delicious and very flavorful. Best Korean food I've had here in Madison so far. Loved the shave ice dessert too!! Would suggest offering some banchan with our food order. Otherwise everything we had here was awesome. Highly recommended!! Will definitely be back here to eat again. Bonus is the cool board games that you can play here. Customer service was excellent, our server was very responsive and cheerful.

This little shopping center in the middle of nowhere , roll play is inside. They have a large selection of games, a small menu but the food is delicious, bubble tea is a plus. The employees are friendly and ready to help you with any questions regarding the games.Kid-friendliness: We bought our toddler and baby , they are well behaved . But they were welcomed

Roll Play is a board game themed eatery that offers Asian fusion with boba. It has a wide selection of games to choose from where the staff do their best to explain the rules in order to ensure that each guests has an amazing time. I stumbled upon this restaurant when I was taking a trip to the restroom. The boba drink that I had was close to my standards and the vibe made me feel like home.

I've only done take out items from Roll Play but it is super cute and has a great vibe! Very chill nerdy vibe, like cool nerd ambience. Staff were very friendly and acknowledged my presence right away even though he was busy with another customer. It's very clean and organized and they have loads of games. The boba is served with those sealed tops so you can worry less about spilling. I got my kids take out food that the said was good (I didn't try it). Clearly under Korean ownership based on the menu! I did order from their website and was initially given a pick up time that was an hour+, but was contacted by Roll Play to say my order can be ready in 15 minutes. They prefer online orders, but I suggest calling about pick up time. You can drive to the back of Garver where there at steps that lead directly into Roll Play for faster pick up.
