The food was not ready until 35 minutes past the time I was told to pick it up. After opening the bag when I got in my vehicle to leave, I found that the baked pasta I had gotten was not made correctly (missing a main ingredient). so after waiting an additional 10 minutes to have that item correctly made, the rest of my order was now cold and or not appetizing.

We ordered carry out and it was a good experience, The wait wasn’t very long. We ordered a medium stuffed pizza and I would have loved to see more cheese inside. It was not cheesy at all, disappointing, considering the price. The breaded mushrooms, hot wings and the breadsticks were good. The wings are a pretty good size, I ordered bone in. Their Tiramisu slices are very good.

Our pizza never arrived. We were told that it was dropped off at the front desk of our hotel and then somehow stolen? We were sitting in the lobby of the front desk from the time we ordered until 40 minutes after they claimed to deliver it. It was NOT delivered and they accused the hotel staff of taking it. The employee who I called to ask for help was rude and did absolutely nothing to help with the situation. Simply said, “this is why we don’t like UberEats orders”. Then why do you work with them?
