Thanks to Tony and the RDC Team for making what could have been a NIGHTMARE of a first time ordering experience, a pleasurable and (practically) seamless one instead. I placed an order via apple pay from my iPhone but my billing shipping address wasn't updated for some reason so I emailed RDC immediately and Tony was ON it! Not only did he receive my message and respond in a timely manner, but also corrected it so I was able to receive my order on time. My order came when promised, was packaged with care, and I LOVE it! I am a VERY happy camper now and will order from RDC again in a heartbeat.

Wow wow wow! Love this coffee so much! First time I tasted it was at McFarland House Cafe, and it was love at first sip. I was thrilled to discover they sell it at Hyvee - and purchased Colombian - the smell, the flavor - chef’s kiss - and I just got the Short Sighted tonight, excited to try it! Sooo happy you can easily get it at the grocery store! Thanks for roasting quality beans! I appreciate it so much! ❤️

Love the bold, fresh deliciousness of the Decaf Al Banco whole beans. I ordered a 2lb bag to test it out and am now getting on a regular order. Thanks Costco for no longer stocking the Columbian whole bean decaf...it led me here.

This is hands down the best coffee I've ever had. I work a couple doors down and the roasting aroma is so good- it carries me down to Rusty Dog to grab a couple bags. Love the "Short Sighted" and their Columbian. If you like high end coffee- gotta try this.

Extremely slow delivery. Ordered 2 bottles of syrup 2 weeks ago and have not gotten them. I’m sure they will be great but it is taking a long time to get here which is a little frustrating.

I've tried King's Coast, Bone's Coffee, Madrinas (when they had beans) and various roasters through Seattle Coffee Gear and NONE of them have been as good as Rusty Dog Coffee.

I ordered a variety of Rusty Dog Coffee beans as a Valentine’s Day gift for my boyfriend and man, what a great gift that we are BOTH enjoying the heck out of! I really appreciated the personalized note included in the shipment (and the stickers, such a nice touch!) We love supporting Madison and we love Rusty Dog Coffee! Would definitely buy again!

Rusty Dog Coffee is fabulous! I place my order and the freshly roasted beans are on my doorstep (courtesy of the USPS) usually within 2 days. I even received one of my orders the very next day! I've become a big fan of many of their light roast coffees (Guatemala Huehue, Mexico Oaxaca and Kenya Lenana to name a few) and they always add a personal note with the shipment. Excellent coffee at very good prices. The first time, we ordered the Chicory coffee and a couple others and were very impressed with the quality of the coffee and the speed of getting the coffee to our house, they are also very responsive if you have questions regarding your order. Ordered more this weekend, and it made it to us today.
