The decor is essentially non-existent, the place is fairly dirty and grimy, and the dishes come in plastic single-use containers even if you're eating in?
I got a dry noodle dish - The noodle with minced pork and soybean sauce, a house special. It was some of the most bland Chinese food I've ever had to be honest, all I tasted was salts, and it came to me lukewarm and stale tasting. Barely any meat either. Super weird experience.
If this is some of the best Chinese food Madison has to offer, then I'm quite concerned. Unless you really want to try it out, you're better off skipping this one.

Beef noodles are really delicious? You can come and visit often!
As a Chinese, I’m really disappointed, this is the worst Chinese noodle and hotpot I’ve ever had, it doesn’t taste authentic, the meat doesn’t feel fresh, noodles feel very powdery, the worst thing is they put all hot soup in plastic bowls, which is very unhealthy, really don’t recommend coming here.

If you don’t speak mandarin you’re going to be at a loss here. Confusing menu and bland broth. I have no idea why people say it’s flavorful but they’re dead wrong. Also it’s not cheap. Seems the owners are pumping fake reviews or something. As someone who has spent years in NW China, this ain’t it.
