A focal point of downtown Madison dining. Exceptional noodles et el. They have an expansive menu which recently got even bigger with more cold noodle options which is exciting for the summer. Mr & Mrs Ruyi don’t ever miss! And if you still not sure the self-branded chopsticks tells you all the attention to detail they put it to their food.

My favorite restaurant in Madison. Quality and fresh food (you literally see them pulling the noodles). Homey and cozy environment. I have enjoyed everything I have eaten here and it the place I recommend to everyone. You have to add the house-made chili oil-- it adds everything <3

It was such a cozy spot with amazing noodles! I ordered spring rolls and they were accidentally given to the wrong table, but they made more right away free of charge. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Would come again!

Amazing hand pulled noodles. I had the spicy chicken hot pot normal spice. It came with lots of vegetables and a delicious broth. Highly recommend, will be back!!

Stopped in here for lunch and had smoked beef pulled noodles and it was delicious! The noodles are excellent; chewy with great texture. Added some chili oil and vinegar to my soup and it was so tasty! I’ll definitely be back!

Its so delicious! We've gotten both dinner and lunch here and the chicken noodles are to DIE FOR. The chicken was so good, and the broth was seasoned beautifully. The bean buns (one of my go to snacks) are bomb too. I highly suggest.
