This was our first visit, and unfortunately it was disappointing. Compared to other steakhouses we've been to, our table was visited far less often, and we barely received any of the meats. Given the hype, we expected much better.

It was our first time there, she was extra thorough explaining the ordering process and very attentive the whole time we were there! I highly recommend Samba for either an intimate date night or group outing...they will accommodate

Loved everything about this place and will go back. My only critique is to maybe go slower on bringing out the meat that they offer it felt very rushed. But overall the quality and ambiance of the place was very nice.

Everything was good, the only issue we had was that we asked for straws from one of the waitresses and she came back holding the straws with her barehands. They weren't in any wrapping and she wasn't wearing any gloves either. Please educate them about things like this, it's very unsanitary

I took my mother (80s) there for Thanksgiving, it was her first time at Samba. She completely enjoyed her first visit and is looking forward to coming back again. Every person on the team at Samba was friendly and courteous. Such a wonderful meal and people experience! 😍

We always enjoy Sambas. Normally, we attend on the weekends. This time, we went on a Wednesday. Probably because it was during the week, but they were very short staffed. So it was a longer wait time to get food brought to the tables. I would highly recommend it, but maybe plan for the weekends. Recommend reservations.

We love Samba, it's a great spot for a special occasion. The food never disappoints and it's wonderful to not have a long wait for a quality meal. We have sometimes felt like our servers have to be begged to help us. Generally the staff are helpful and attentive, but as a server, it's a little frustrating when the restaurant is not busy and we feel like we are waiting long times for more drinks or when we have questions.

Service was a tad slower than other similar concept restaraunts, but the meat was excellent. We'd definitely return. Parm coated pork was the surprising hit!
Some of the gauchos are quite abrupt and rude. You almost have to flag them down to come to your table and when they do come they are impatient and not friendly at all.

We were very pleased with our dinner at Samba. Everyone from the hosts to the bartenders and the waitstaff were excellent. Even our vegetarians loved the salad and side's offerings. For us carnivores the different meats were done perfectly. Will definitely be back!!

We were at the restaurant celebrating a major birthday. It was Sunday and the restaurant wasn't very full. It took a very long time to get our beverages. The server first brought my husband's drink (after a long delay), then after another delay, he brought my drink. Then he had to ask again what two more of our party have ordered. It took another delay to bring those two drinks. So much for a celebratory toast!  Later during the dinner when we were ready to order more drinks, our server was nowhere to be found.  Someone (maybe the manager ?) stopped by our table,  seeing our visible frustration, and then our server finally magically appeared.  The food was all right. And we also liked the booth where we were seated. It was an OK, average experience. I don't think we will go back, though.

Everything was good just not the waiter that kept coming to our table after we ate every 5 minutes to rush us to go out, we were having a birthday dinner with my family from Arizona that we never see and he was rushing us to get out of the restaurant. Very rude and impolite
