They lie about their hours and close around 7:30pm. They are supposed to be opened until 8: 00pm. I will never stop here again.

So I ordered a teriyaki chicken and extra chicken extra sauce yesterday. If I had the option of adding a pictures to this review I would because it would show you that the rice is completely plain there's no sauce at all let alone extra sauce. I did get the extra chicken which is good because I was charged for that but if you give your customer the option of extra sauce give it to them and give them the sauce that it comes with to begin with. I tried calling several times and the phone number comes up on my phone and then it just hangs up, call ended. I tried calling the West side location and that one went to a fax machine so they just ignore their customers they don't take any phone calls at all. You can't message them on Facebook either.

UPDATE: I did find a way to contact them online and they were very responsive. Gave me a $5 coupon! Nice customer service!

Use to be my families go to for mall food, could easily order the double meat chicken and it could feed 2 people easy. In last 2 years they have cut their portions in half and raised the price by almost double. Now this last time we got food the chicken tasted burnt and they changed the sauce. It was not edible.

This place used to have good quality fast food stir fry quality. It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten it and I’ve always liked it. Today I don’t think I can go back. I did get a couple bites in and noticed the steamed vegetables tasted bad, but I was there for the chicken. Later on I turned the vegetables over and saw the vegetables had cooked mold mixed in. Notice the blue cooked into the veg?

I mean... come on. It's cheap, quick, and you get a lot of food. Can't complain.

Even though food had good flavor, both of the rices white and fried were luke warm and so was the sauce. Also the lady who took our order seemed a little rude to customers. Not eating there anytime soon again.
