Sent my girlfriend to get our order from here. Upon arrival, the workers informed my girlfriend that they did not have my order. When provided with the order information, they went and made the order on the spot and apologized profusely for the wait (it was only 5 mins). The guest service was top notch and they were so polite and timely, especially for not having our order on their end. Will definitely be returning!

Burgers at this place are always top-notch, no matter if you like them plain or with toppings, including the unique cherry peppers that are a nice change to jalapeños. Crinkle fries aren't my favorite, but they're really good if they are your thing!

Food: I have been here a lot, but today I ordered the new Yule Log shake and loved it! I also got some fries with it, although they were a bit undercooked!
Service: When I went there, they were very busy, and I thought it would take a while for my food to be ready, but it was done within minutes! I love the staff as they are very helpful and friendly!!
Atmosphere: The vibe of the redturuant it very chill, and the theme is clearly industrial with string lights, decorative metal beams, and the tables are even made from recycled wood 🪵 😀 😄 😎 😉 👌 🪵 😀 😄 😎 😉 👌 🪵
BTW THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN!!!!!

Vegetarian options: They have limited veggie options, but I would still recommend going there.

Parking: Parking is usually available right by the store.

Enormous inside space that has big windows and is Bright, Sunny, and Chic minimalist interior. Lots of stools and booths to sit and enjoy your burgers! The automated computerized ordering kiosks our next level, easy to read, and fun to use! The burgers are absolutely out of this world, and all of the new additions are definitely worth diving into! Don’t forget to try one of the incredible milkshakes!

The burger was super tender and juicy, but the crinkle cut fries were THE BEST FRIES I’ve ever had!!!!! And I’ve worked in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years across a full gamut of positions and food and beverage venues, so hooefully that says something about my review

Parking: It’s part of a shopping mall, so there is plenty of available parking close by
