The burger was fine and nothing special, but the fries were extremely salty. My daughter and I both had shakes and they both tasted odd. Neither of us finished them.

Very good service. Really liked the self service tools and the fact that all condiments were at our disposal. Ordered two burgers, a shake, a refresher, and fries. Enjoyed every bite of everything. The vanilla shake was something else.

The chicken shack today is awful. Overcooked and dry. Add 0.99 for cheese sauce and did not get it. Very bad quality control. Asked for ketchup and napkins in the app order, but they just don't care at all.

The new prebreaded chicken bites are terrible, better off just getting some frozen nuggets from the store. Especially for the price. There are many other local and fast food places with much better chicken options.

Quick stop for lunch. We ordered SmokeShack and vegetarian burgers, cheese fries and shakes. The SmokeShack burger and cheese fries were tasty! The veggie option was just okay.

It was very busy on Sunday afternoon, but we found a table. The cleanliness needs an improvement. The restroom was notably dirty during our visit!

As a fast food restaurant it is very disapointing that it took this people 26 minutes to serve 2 burgers to go. And when they finally came the order was incorrect.. i asked the lady if they had grilled onions, she responded crispy onions?
They need to train their staff better at what products they carry and to speed up their service as they are very slow
Not to mention we ordered only 2 burgers and got charged for 3, aperanyly the crispy onions are actually a burger...

I made an order through Door dash for pickup. Really good burgers for a fair price. The fries were perfectly salted. I didn't try any of their drinks, but I will have to next time. The food took a little longer than the original estimate, but it was during the lunch rush so that's understandable. The pickup went smoothly other than that. The restaurant was very clean.

Avocado bacon burger was great. They currently have a Dubai pistachio chocolate shake for sale and it is a shake of sadness. It's topped with pistachios and what I am assuming is toasted coconut.

The toppings make it neigh impossible to drink with a straw and it's too runny to eat with a spoon on a hot day.

Also the chocolate coats the cup and doesn't really effect the shake.

We tried out this place and this specific location for the first time on Friday (6/11/25) and we absolutely enjoyed it! The food was so delicious and fresh. Burgers juice and cooked exactly how we like them (medium-ish) the shakes were thick and amazing (we had the banana pudding , oreo funnel cake, and chocolate) . Although i prefer spears, i still got the pickle chips and was happy they were breaded well and not super greasy. Fries were good but i would have to say as a chesse fries fanatic i wasn't super impressed with the brand of cheese sauce you use personally i cant quite put my finger on it, but its just kind of bleh if that makes sense
It was still enjoyable though! The staff was full of smiles and warm greetings and service. Very cool atmosphere too! It was raining hard so we didnt get a chance to enjoy the cute patio vibes, but the inside was still very cool! Overall just want to say thank you! I've been in the food industry most of my life and it is always so nice to find a good place especially for someone with a kid that's favorite food is burger and fries lol! We will be back and hopefully get to wnjoy the outside seating too!
