Smoothies are okay but last time I went in the girl behind the counter was missing fake nails, had long hair that WASN'T tied back ? I like this place, I just wish the employees followed basic dress code for food safety.

The smoothies are too inconsistent to make the drive to the location worth the gamble. The smoothie I got yesterday was terrible and missing ingredients like banana - it was just an expensive icy. I returned it and asked for a refund. The employee said my money was refunded to my card - but it was not, they took the icy back and still made me pay. I was a loyal customer of this place and have been watching it fall apart. I'm never going back.

I came into this location and noticed just as others have mentioned that there are mostly minors working alone or just two at a time at this location. Looks very understaffed and it reflects in the smoothies. Do better. The owner clearly does not care about the employees.

I was over in the area for a appointment and have been craving a smoothie for a while. I came to this location and unfortunately wasn’t the best experience. When walking in the employee that was working at the counter was completely rude. Instead of saying Hi there, welcome, or something customer friendly he just asks if I ordered online and I said no and asked me if I knew what what I wanted! Like I just walked in and haven’t looked at the menu yet. I wasn’t able to get the smoothie I wanted because I felt rushed and I was taking up his time. I’ve worked in customer service before and this was definitely not customer friendly. I should feel welcome walking into a business and clearly that didn't happen today. Only thing positive was the smoothie i chose was good I also wish there was a location on the east side of Madison since I don’t get out here on this side of town enough.

Extremely rude employees with no costumer service skills. Employee basically threw the smoothie at me. Will not be coming back.

First of all, I came in during the week and it was a circus in there. There was only one small child behind the counters frantically making a bunch of smoothies while many people waited in the lobby. I felt badly for the minor because the minor was clearly stressed about all the smoothie tickets printing and the people in the store. My family and I come in often and I’ve noticed that minors are left alone most of the time. Very understaffed, yet I was told that there are about 23 employees who are working there yet the boss clearly doesn’t want to pay fairly for these teenagers who are clearly doing his job for him. I was also told that this location doesn’t have a manager and that the boss is never at the store... seems illegal to me. My smoothie was good despite the busy time I came in but I feel bad for the employees that work there. Very understaffed for no reason and quite dangerous since mostly women work there. The boss seems shady and I will not be returning to this business because teenagers are being left alone without much training and I don’t like that..

I don't blame the lone person working there but I tried to order smoothies that have no ice cream and got milkshakes anyway. It was roughly what I ordered and still delicious but I'm trying to make healthier meal replacement choices in my day. That said I've been told that this location runs only one person Monday thru Friday which in addition to inaccurate orders when it gets busy also raises an eyebrow to safety. SMOOTHIE KING! Run a two person staff at minimum.

I went into Smoothie King around 6:00 pm and the person who was working asked if we ordered online. After saying no he said he wouldn’t get to us for some time. This was after we waited in the lobby for at least 5 minutes before he appeared from the back. When he did finally take our order he was short and wasn’t friendly throughout the entire experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my entire family to Smoothie King last Tuesday. There was something for everyone. My wife enjoyed a vegan mango kale. I went a little sweeter but low calorie, Angel Food Slim. And the kids enjoyed a Berry Interesting smoothie. Perfect size for them. Everyone was happy. And the staff was terrific. Thank you Fitchburg SK.
The system charged my card two extra times, and the manger, Scott, was very helpful and kind in fixing everything!

I had to update my post I took points off from an incident that happened Friday. I ordered two smoothies for delivery. The smoothies was lean strawberry two much stevia in there. And strawberry berry smoothie disgusting. I called the store Saturday nobody pick up. I sent an email nobody responded. The Lean strawberry made me sick. I threw both away it was funny because when I went to the store and brought two they was good. I don't know what happened. Never will purchase again. Store number 0440. Oh one more thing they also gave me somebody else smoothie two. When I called them Friday they said that was door dash fault.

Drinks are fine. Unfortunately they stopped taking cash for drinks, but is able to take cash for other items. Store manager is understanding and tries to work with you. ( rarely there to do so, and no one else is able to work with you on not ordering online) i dont use credit carda only use cash. Also sent emails to corp, they dont care if they loose service.

It was recommended that I drop in here and I was kind of disappointed. This place is for healthy-minded individuals that understand what all of this specialty health stuff is that goes into the smoothies. I probably won't come back here again; it was a large learning curve and no explanations on why this stuff is good for you.
