The food is good, and worth the wait, but it's ridiculous how long you have to wait. Seems like every time I eat in I wait at least half an hour for a sandwich. Today I waited 10min for them to cut off a half lb of smoked salmon. Would have been longer if I didn't say something. Wouldn't have bought it nor left a tip if I had known better.

The bland and just okay flavors did not out weigh the 40 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. And they forgot about one of the sandwiches which was brought out even later. Like many other places in Madison, Stalzy’s is over hyped and we are left disappointed. Sandwiches tasted like those sandwiches you make at home when you have no time and barely any ingredients.
