I recently was working to surprise a group of student employees who have been working 12-hour days for the last 2 weeks straight. I went through the drive through at the University location. The barista on the comms was nice but when I placed my large order responded “seriously?” And asked me to come inside.
That’s a pretty reasonable request however the tone and “seriously” didn’t make me want to go out of my way to come back to that location....read full review

Loved the experience. The (manager I believe) from San Francisco was so great. Everyone was friendly. Mgr told me they are getting a full remodel soon. Downstairs and Upstairs are comfortable. Added is the outfront and upstairs outdoor overlook on State Street. One outdoor upstairs improvement if the city will allow is to extend the upstairs outdoor seating over the sidewalk.
