I’m a regular customer and I usually go everyday and one of the items I ordered was a berry trio parfait, I put it in my passenger seat and went to work when I arrived to work to take it out of my car I then found out that it was cracked and pouring out all over my car and myself. I don’t understand how a staff member wouldn’t have noticed this and I also work in the food industry so I understand things happen but it’s just become a continuation of things at this point.

Absolutely horrible. I’m so annoyed. Made me late asf for work. I was the only person in line & there was nobody in the lobby and I still waited well over 10min.

i’m not one to leave reviews like that but this really disappointed me. i went to this location to get what i always get the bs oat shaken espresso, i asked for light ice but i didn’t expect for there to be just pebbles of ice (3 or 4) the drink looked watered down like it was just a cup of milk and swirl. they handed it to me and i said “i don’t think it’s supposed to look like that” the girl that handed to me said “ oh it’s because of the ice it melted” i was confused as to how that much ice can melt in under a couple seconds.it looked like it was just an old drink they had sitting around. no espresso, nothing. i told them that it was alright and i would just not get the drink. i’m surprised the didn’t care to ask if they could do it again for me. really disappointed.

This stores lobby is almost never open in the morning due to low staffing. A little confusing when I place an order for in store pickup

Ordered online over the app, about 8 minutes before I showed up. When I showed up they didn’t even have my drink started, with nobody there. Then gave me a drink that was just milk, no espresso. The service 4-5pm sucks.

The staff absolutely rocks this location despite being horribly understaffed and through all sorts of difficult management moments. They always take time to chat with me at the window and write super sweet messages for my puppy on the pup cups! I appreciate how they keep their attitude bright when they clearly have some difficulties with being understaffed! I’ve watched them deal with angry customers with grace and find solutions for hard situations!

It tells you everything you need to know that when the workers are swamped the manager ignores them and lounges around on their phone. The coffee is great though. Some speedier service would be nice.

Cafe is closed at this location (Rimrock Rd, Madison, WI) at least once per week due to "staffing issues" with zero mention of this except for a handwritten sign on one door. No heads up in the app or signage outside. I don't have the option to go through drive-thru since I work next door and walk over.

Food and drink choices are slim for low/no sugar and low/no carb diets, and they often run completely out of hot food in the morning, and only have bakery items available.

So many times I have given this location another shot. Not anymore. They continue to mess up my drink even after I have complained. I was recently on vacation and tried multiple starbucks while traveling and not a single one got my drink wrong or had a bad attitude about it being a customized drink. Step it up Rimrock.

Stopped in today to pick up an online order. They were out of one of the things we ordered. Reggie, the manager of this store, whipped immediately into action to find us something else and our order was ready within a few minutes. Then, he actually brought it out to us where we were sitting. Unbelievable customer service! Thank you for making our day Reggie!
