Pros: Staff is very friendly. Food and drink quality is accurate to order and tastes good. Inside café always seems clean.
Cons: Very inconsistent or slow service. I order 20 mins ahead of time on my way to work sometimes and my order will still not be completed by the time I arrive, or my food and drink items for the same order come out at completely different times. There have been multiple times I've had to ask the status of a mobile order after waiting 15+ mins before, and while my food had been sitting for serveral minutes already, my drink hadn't even been started yet.

Everything still tastes good thankfully, but the inconsistency of items being ready at different times or the overall wait times are just very frustrating.

I come to this Starbucks almost every morning. The service is usually really good — my favorites in the drive thru are Destiny and Coral. Both so sweet. The taste of my drink is always consistent which I appreciate! My only complaint is that the drive thru can be very slow. I’ve been stuck in it for a half hour before with no way to leave it. Other than that this Starbucks is great!

If I was able to not leave a star I would leave it. I did an online order 25 minutes before that and my order still wasn't done. They are so slow at the Starbucks

Horrible experience every time I've tried to give them a chance. You'll wait way way longer than the order should take, my order is never right and the service is terrible. I will never go back

Run of the mill Starbucks BUT the employees very much took their time (20 min) to make my iced coffee. I understand drive thru orders are prioritized but it’s never taken this long for me walking up for an iced coffee of all things.

Having the take out food in one area and take out drinks in another area is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard of. Keeping orders together makes pickup so much easier if you have one person picking up for a workplace.
