This is the messiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. No pride at all in the workplace and the staff was generally rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to deal with customers. They appeared to be adequately staffed at the time I was in the store. Kind of surprising for the location.

Worst customer service. Never makes drinks correctly. Like there to standard basic drinks. Nothing crazy. Like a plain vanilla latte will taste insanely bitter or be purposefully made with decaf etc. Everyone always has an attitude and they prioritize drive through orders ahead of mobile orders so even if you did a mobile order they still might not start making it until 30 mins later. Absolute horrible location. Always go to the older newly renovated one off Mckee in Fitchburg!

Why are you closing before noon all week?

Went in at noon, handwritten sign on door indicating they were closing at 1PM due to lack of staffing. We were hungry, there was no food in the case, and not one of the theee employees on duty even raised their eyes to see who had just come in. Truly awful experience, by any measure.
