I had a great experience visiting this Starbucks location. First off, thank you for playing a Taylor Swift that included all Taylor's Versions and underrated masterpieces- it made my heart so happy The service was exceptional and our drinks were made so well and with such care.The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.There is a free parking lot associated with the restaurant as well as a drive thru.Look forward to visiting this location again.

Horrible customer service, the person who served us was extremely rude and racist, then a Latin woman served us and it was worse, she was too dismissive and humiliating. I think that if you are in customer service it is because you have the charisma and skills to do it. If you don't like dealing with people then that job is not for you. They should simply look for people more prepared for customer service.
My favorite Starbucks in Madison, I would drive past some others to go to this one. The staff here are the friendliest and have been the best/most accurate/quickest taking and making my order. The inside is also kept quite clean.I've been coming every so often for a year and half or so, and staff turnover seems low at this location, which is another good sign to me.

I go to coffee shops often and I stopped going to Starbucks because the bathrooms are filthy. I feel there has be some effort to clean them. Are the kitchens as filthy? Makes you wonder.... This Starbucks is very new and the floors and sink are so dirty! Starbucks should invest in a cleaning company to clean their bathrooms!!
