I always love this Starbucks. The only complaint I have is that 3 times this past week (I stop in 3-5 times a week) I did not receive the bonus stars for using my own cup. It is really a great incentive for people to use reusable cups, but only if you actually give the bonus stars.

I work manual labor at 4am. I came to this Starbs on my break, as I forgot lunch. Got real excited for my Bacon, Gouda and Egg sandwich, just to get back to work and discover THIS??WHO DID THIS??? ? ruined my freaking day lmao. I get that there's a massive number of orders and they can't all be perfect but this is just insulting tbh ?Was hoping the cold brew would make up for it, the cold brew is the same every time right? NOPE. Washed down my meatless bacon sandwich with bitter brown water lmao ?

They only tend to the drive thru. I ordered 2 coffees and watched the drive thru empty 3x. I asked about my order after waiting 15mins inside, and they said there were a couple more a head of it?! Never coming back! You help your customers inside just like drive thru. 15-20mins waiting for 2 coffees is unacceptable.

As I walk in I notice there is one car in drive through and once I made it to lobby I was the only one needing to make an order. Everyone else was served and seated. I stood at the register without being acknowledged by 4 staff members. The lady with the curly hair stood less than a foot from register and there was an awkward silence for nearly two minutes. She then proceeds to say “ well I’ll just take your order”. Snotty attitude but I placed my order respectfully. I notice this snotty lady training. Drive through was getting backed up. Out of all four staff I seen, one you d man was making all the drinks for drive through as well as taking orders that came in after me. He was killing it. Then after 14 minutes I have yet to receive my drink. The young man blasting through all these orders could not keep up. The snotty curly hair lady( I’m assuming now is a manager) she is refusing to help him. Instead she watches her trainee make a drink and while the trainee is drinking from it and they’re laughing and discussing which flavors he can taste from drink. She refused to help this young man out. From being the only patron inside the store and drive through piling up, it took me 18 minutes to receive my drink. The trainer needs to be retrained on how to stop what she’s doing and help her co workers get caught up. Very unprofessional and disgusted with her child like behaviors. And woman’s bathroom had poop all over the seat.

This was my first time ever going threw a Starbucks. It won't be my last. The young lady at the drive threw window was very understanding that I was a new customer, she did not rush me and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was in and out of the drive threw in about 5 minutes.

Felt rushed while ordering 2 drinks and bread. Then the first drink had whip while the second one had milk instead of almond milk when both were supposed to be no whip with almond milk. Then we had to wait for the bread and remind the staff twice before we got it. Over all the staff was pleasant but needed to take more time on us. There was also a spill that had sat long enough to dry on a table/the floor. Definitely not the experience I've had in the past with the brand.Dietary restrictions: Dairy intolerance

Everything is always smooth here. Lines move quick, workers are super friendly, drinks always taste great.
I came in for a dine in order. They placed my food on a nice little dish and my hot drink in an adorable Starbucks bug. Shortly after starting my snack, I asked for a small cup of water and they took care of me. Being 9 months pregnant, this was a sweat treat.

I had a black coffee and it was good. Lots of staff, but they were busy with drive up orders and it seemed like it took many minutes to just pour my coffee into a cup. It was very noisy inside and difficult to hear my companions.
