Excellent service from the morning crew here!
The atmosphere was fine, and although the wait for a beverage and food item was around 15 minutes, it was understandable given that there was only one barista working hard to keep up with multiple orders. The barista did a great job, but the place could benefit from having more staff. Despite some other customers being rude and complaining about the wait, the overall experience was positive.

I wasn’t able to pickup an order for a few hours so I called and told them the situation, They completely refused to refund or remake my order. I guess standing around on your phone is more important than a customer. Super rude and somehow under qualified employees.

I really like their customer service and the breakfast is very good I recommend the bacon,egg,and cheese.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Coffee was borderline undrinkable, I waited after ordering for 15 minutes and it didn’t have my name on it, I watched un attended 10 year olds touch it because I had no idea it was even mine. I had to argue I had a sandwich, the lady just left it in the oven, funny thing was that was pretty much the only edible thing.Just drive to sun prairie. There’s a nicer coffee place behind metro.

I ordered a cold brew, paid and as I was walking away I heard one employee tell the one that just took my payment - we don’t have cold brew. The individual running the cash register said. “well I just sold like five.” So they offered me an iced coffee, I declined because it’s not the same and I asked for a refund. They looked at me baffled and then one individual told me I had to take my receipt to customer service to get a refund. Upon looking at my receipt they entered the wrong drink anyways so I’m glad I never actually got it. Overall poor communication amongst employees and poor customer service.

Customers service was great. Spot was very clean. The person who served me was very kind.
Frappuccinos was made very well and came out very quick and the person who took my drink made fine too
