Asked for a grande pink drink with strawberry cold foam. I’m all for being told “I’m the only one here” or whatever and just cutting out the cold foam. But wasn’t told anything. Got handed my drink, missing the cold foam. My husband goes back in to just ask for the cold foam to be put on. Said “excuse me” more than a few times and customers even pointed out that my husband was trying to ask him something. The guy continued to ignore him so my husband walked out. Bless my husband for being such a patient man. Shame on the gentleman who was working today, September 1st, at 3:42pm. I hope someone from management sees this and recognizes he needs training in customer service. There is a way to acknowledge people even if you are busy.

The barista (Pri) didn't greet me back after I greeted her. And when I mentioned I'd like to use my BIRTHDAY reward for a free drink, she said yes that's fine and proceed to charge me the full amount. Very disappointing The other one who made and handed me my drink was nice and the drink tasted good.

I usually enjoy my visits to this Starbucks, but my recent experience with a barista named Tobias left me disappointed. They seemed uninterested in helping customers and came across as impatient when I asked a couple of questions about the menu. My drink was rushed and not made to the usual standard — it was missing ingredients and tasted off.

Every time I come to this establishment the same Batista is working all by herself doing the absolute best that she can to get every customer taken care of. Her name is Tobias I believe! I always have a good experience coming here and it takes patience especially when there’s only one person working. Be patient and Kind people!!

The atmosphere was fine, and although the wait for a beverage and food item was around 15 minutes, it was understandable given that there was only one barista working hard to keep up with multiple orders. The barista did a great job, but the place could benefit from having more staff. Despite some other customers being rude and complaining about the wait, the overall experience was positive.
I wasn’t able to pickup an order for a few hours so I called and told them the situation, They completely refused to refund or remake my order. I guess standing around on your phone is more important than a customer. Super rude and somehow under qualified employees.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Coffee was borderline undrinkable, I waited after ordering for 15 minutes and it didn’t have my name on it, I watched un attended 10 year olds touch it because I had no idea it was even mine. I had to argue I had a sandwich, the lady just left it in the oven, funny thing was that was pretty much the only edible thing.Just drive to sun prairie. There’s a nicer coffee place behind metro.
