I stopped by on a Sunday morning when no one was in line. I waited at the counter 2 minutes before one of the 4 staff members acknowledged I was there. I ordered a black coffee and 5 minutes later nothing had come out. I assumed they were catching up on mobile orders and brewing a new pot, but eventually it became clear my order had been forgotten. When I asked about the black coffee, they said I should have let them know as a black coffee should be almost immediate... it was a curious customer service play to imply my wait was my fault. When they gave me my coffee, the cardboard sleeve was soggy and falling apart.
The team member who finally filled my order apologized for the delay, the coffee tastes like coffee, and the interior of the shop was clean. So not all bad.

Nothing against unemployed people, but this location and the State St location both enable homeless people to loiter for hours with all of their belongings while they don’t actually occupy themselves. The patrons often don’t keep to themselves either, or are disruptive.

Friendly staff when I confessed I am dumb about the sizes. Latte a d banana bread were excellent. Great place.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs double set of doors, nit sure if there's the autoto door opener.
