Yesterday after drinking a Café Misto and the breakfast egg and cheese sandwich without the sausage, I went to work. After about an hour, I started getting horrible stomach pains. Within minutes I was on the floor in agony. I had to go home and was terribly ill with what I believe was food poisoning of some kind. I had nothing else to eat so I am assuming it was the sandwich. Will not be going back to this Starbuck's. YUK!

I’m a driver and I drive all around the Madison city every day. I go to almost every other Starbucks location and I get the best of the service and products as always but not this location. I just wanted to get refill regular coffee like how I get it from every other location after I purchased my first coffee of the day. The manager Ash strongly informed me that she has been working longer here and I can’t get any coffee refills unless if I sit in the place. Is there different rules for only this location or management is putting rules how ever they like it ? Why am I able get coffee refills from every other location but not here. There must be something very wrong about misinformation. I would encourage starbucks managers to resolve this issue because I strongly believe as a customer there’s something wrong about this location.

Ordered online and left 30 min after order was placed. Then when we got to Starbucks we were waiting for an additional 20min and when we asked about our order we received rude responses. When we asked if it was better to order online or just wait to go to the store for a quicker pickup, the baristas didn’t take accountability for the very large wait time and the inconsistency of who’s order got pushed out first.

Good store, but wayyy too cold. It's like 60 degrees inside. I even heard staff joking about how the heater has been broken since last year. Fix the dang heater!

A young man named Andy working the drive-through window went the extra mile to help with an online coffee order in a calm, friendly, and professional manner. I didn't know that online orders must be picked up the same day and it had been several days. Andy placed a new order, prepped the beans, and I got my coffee.

It takes effort to be a bad Starbucks. This location has made that effort. Staff yelling over the music inside and saying things that probably should be said in the back room not in front of customers, crazy long drive thru lines (in wait time, not car #) , and I swear I have tried everything but whether I order inside, drive thru, or on the app my drink (americano w/cream) is somehow always messed up? Lukewarm, served cold and not hot, etc. Just every mistake in the books. I’ll be going to one of the other ten coffee shops within five minutes of this place from here on out.

After preordering and paying for coffee for a brunch for 25 people we arrived at the store to be told the coffee had not been made. So here we sit, guests arriving and no coffee. A failure by staff and management.

Tried to give me a bag that was 7/17 items short to delivery to DoorDash customer without telling me and hoping to just get away with it. Obviously customer canceled when notified they were getting almost half their order. Starbucks should communicate with customer and DoorDash driver over missing 7/17 items before making order so they can cancel if they are going to get upset about the customer cancelling. Don't expect customers to take what they get, there are other stores who can fully complete their order, give them the option and don't get mad at the driver for putting the customer first when you won't.

The staff in general are good and don't deserve the treatement they get from some of the customers and supervisors.
Meghan Larson can never understand why she can't make a mgmt position but I can never understand how she's still working there if she's being racist to staff and customers, making the atmosphere absolute trash, she's mean and calls it "leadership." Every time I went to that store, it made me sick to hear how she talks to staff. I don't even go to this location anymore and folks on Tiktok have a lot to say about it also because she makes the atmosphere terrible and I can't enjoy anything.

I can’t tell you how the food and drinks are because no one answered me in the drive thru so I couldn’t order. I was there around 5:30 p.m. when they were supposed to be open. This has happened before. What is going on with this location?????
I showed up right at opening and placed an in store pick-up mobile order through my phone before I got to the store. I went to the store, and the doors were closed, so I waited a bit in case they were still opening or were falling behind. I waited 30 minutes, and the doors were still locked with no one inside. The app said they were open, but clearly, they weren't. There were several other customers who also ordered but couldn't get their drinks. I contacted an agent through Starbucks website and got a refund, but this store wasted 30 minutes of my time and the hassle. And from reading other reviews, it sounds like there are similar issues. I think management here is poor and does not follow the corporate policies. Starbucks should look into this location since this is happening regularly to many valued customers.
