Placed an online order for pickup, lobby was closed and had to wait in the drive thru line for over 30+ minutes for my drink. Since it was an online order it had been made already and sat for the 30 minutes I waited in line. When I got to the window the lady handed it to me with no thank you or anything. I would have asked for a refund but felt sorry for everyone behind me in line and wasn't about to make their wait longer so that I could get a refund.

Don’t make the mistake of going inside to order (to avoid the glacially slow drive through). They will treat you like nothing but a nuisance.

Jalapeño chicken pocket is an absolute delight! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them this morning. To prepare for my upcoming move, I decided to treat myself to a pumpkin spice latte, and it was absolutely amazing!

My worst experience at a Starbucks ever. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru, with no way of getting out of line. Manager Josie refused to come to window, even though I honestly just needed to leave and get her name because they caused me to be 15 minutes late for an appointment. People at the window seemed nice, but it’s so poorly managed I’d definitely never go back. The one hot cup of coffee was lukewarm warm, I’m sure it was poured and sat for 20 minutes for me to get to the payment window. I waited 10 minutes to order, 20 minutes to get to the window. For their prices their prices, it should be managed much more efficiently.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered for my dad a large hot black coffee with an espresso shot, ended up with one with ice, went to the counter and asked if they could fix it, they did no issues but waited for my dad’s drink AGAIN, and it was a tea. I wasn’t gonna go complain again because i felt like a Karen if I did so I just left both messed up drinks and walked out.

No stars. None. Been waiting in line for 30 mins for one coffee. Trapped in line here. Never coming here again and this is why I go to DD in Madison; not much better, but better.
