Worst starbucks employees ive ever met. Came in to pick up an order and was ignored and when I asked if that was my order, the girl gave me an attitude like I should've known when there's no markings/name on the bag.

I went to get 2 coffees before work but ended up being late. I should’ve asked for a refund and left. I didn’t realize there were so many mobile orders ahead of me and that it would take 23 minutes. I’m not sure how the mobile ordering works but it was frustrating how mobile orders kept coming in and they were putting out orders for mobile that weren’t even there yet. It just felt like the online orders were taking priority over in person orders and the baristas were very overwhelmed and stressed, with one person saying they had a 20 drink order to fill and she’s was running 30 min behind. I won’t be going back.

Everytime I go to this location, either ordering online or in person, staff has been very rude. Some can’t count change back. My app had a 0-5 minute wait time so I got into the drive thru lane only for them to tell me at the window in a snobby tone, “Next time just wait the amount of time in your app that’d. be helpful.” A 0-5 minute wait when the line is long should not be the issue. Won’t be going back. I’ve given this location multiple times chances.

Order a head and they still got orders wrong and they didn't say nothing about not having strawberries and 3 out of 4 drinks where to have them. Went in to get the right order and lady at counter was nice,but they were taken orders and not telling no one they don't have strawberries and I paid extra for more and didn't get my money back. Will not go there again the lady in the drive thru had a attitude when we asked why we didn't have strawberries and our drinks weren't made right she said here are u drinks

I have coffee every day and have had coffee at most coffee shops around the Madison area. I usually go to the Starbucks in Middleton and they're phenomenal. The west side location is EXTREMELY slow, I avoid going there at all costs and only when I absolutely have to. The workers are nice but I end up sitting in line for what seems like forever every time I visit.

The worst Starbucks in Madison by far. They take forever and don’t actually mix your drinks. Kept hoping it’d get better with time but has stayed the same the last 6 months and I’m just going to have to avoid this one in the future.

Although the store is set to open at 5 AM, and there were workers inside the store at 5:45 AM when I arrived, nobody answered the drive-through, and the door was locked. Somebody yelled "we are not open".......... not cool.

Staff are so kind and clearly under staffed. They consistently make the wrong drinks. They don’t go in order of time with mobile orders. None of this is the staffs fault, there’s only two staff in a busy part of Madison running around trying to make all these orders. This is managements issue, staff are so kind and understanding and clearly trying their best. Management can do better.

I waited 30 minutes in line. Made me late to work. I couldn’t even leave the line since there was people in front and behind me. If there isn’t enough staff, close the drive thru .

My mother got a venti caramel macchiato from here and they only gave her 2/3 of her coffee. She asked them to please remake it and they gave her the same amount. The guys who was at the window was nice even though he was busy. But it was sad that we paid for a venti and got less than a medium. We don’t really like being confrontational but this was an interesting experience to say the least.
