We had such a great experience thanks to Molly! My husband ordered a drink with coconut milk, and she quickly caught that one of the other ingredients used in it actually contained dairy. We really appreciated how attentive she was — she immediately offered to make something else and helped him choose a similar option that would still be completely dairy-free.
When the new drink was ready, she even told him that if he didn’t like it, she’d be happy to make something different with no problem at all. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure he got something he would enjoy. Plus, she even made the replacement drink in a size up!
Molly’s customer service was outstanding, and her attention to detail made our visit so much better. Thank you, Molly!

I am getting really annoyed with this location closing early and when online says it is open but they keep closing at least an hour or so earlier. The time online needs to be changed if they are continuously going to be closing early. I’m wasting my gas and time stopping here for no reason. This is ridiculous.

Completely brain dead "understaffed" individuals who don't work as a team. One wrote on cups while the line grew to 10+ while the under trained second co worker read recipes and made 3 drinks in the 25 minutes we waited. And made them out of order. Not once did he set his marker down to help, and when I called him out, he told me I could wait now, because I told him he's not doing anything. Terrible service for over rated coffee. Go somewhere else.

Drink tastes horrible. Not sure what the guy put in it but it’s never once tasted like this. Ordered an iced matcha latte and it is horrible. I also asked for light ice the last 4 times and never once got it counting this time as well.
