The baristas at the drive thru are so friendly and awesome. I roll up with a carload of obnoxious dogs who sometimes bark directly into the speaker or try to intercept whatever food or beverage is handed to me. They never complain and make them three puppucinos and instead just tell me how cute they are. This Starbucks drive thru is one of the dogs' favorite places on the planet. I appreciate it!
this location is SOOO Slow, I've had free coffee for the month so far because what should take 10-15mins take 30-45. I don't come here any longer for myself, but my wife and I have every moment of every trip they are so poor!
So I’ve been at your East Washington location twice in a week. I did a mobile order. Each time I’ve ordered my wait time has been double to triple what was estimated. You need to figure out how to update your wait times.
I was told my order was after a large mobile order. So why wasn’t my time updated. Get it together. Or up your IT and tell them to up your estimated times before I order.
