They never have the sandwich I want in stock, it's multiple days they say they don't have the sandwich. They must have some young kid making the orders for the store or something. Because they never order enough sandwiches. They should maybe count each day how many sandwiches they sell a week and order that many for the following week or order more than what they sell in a week. Especially the one on east Washington ave here in Madison.

I'm here from out of town and this is the first REALLY good experience I've ever had at a Starbucks! I've traveled a ton so I've been to LOTS of different Starbucks stores, but this one is easily the best I've ever been to. There were at Least 12 cars in the drive through, so I thought it was going to take a half hour to get our drinks because Starbucks is usually pretty slow where I live, but we were at the window for our turn to get our order in 8 minutes. That's LESS than a minute per transaction!! The woman running the drive through was very kind and personable, while also being fast and efficient. I wish the Starbucks' where I live were as fantastic as this one was!! Highly highly recommend!

Employees talk about how they hate their job and the cooperation sucks but then I ask for my parking to be validated and they act like it comes out of their pocket. My iced London fog was not made right on 2 different occasions I started making it at kwik trip for 83cents. I’m done with Starbucks it’s a negative environment.

This place is a little bit dirtier than other Starbucks... they had little flies, looks like fruit flies all over their food display, bagels, sweets etc. Need an inspection. Who manages this place!!! No one seemed to like working there.. looks like the manager herself, neither

We got coffee three days in a row. Everyday the coffee was great.
Stopped by on business. This is the second time and just as bad as the first. I got an iced shaken espresso. It was totally watered down - didn’t even taste like espresso. It should have milk and I added a pump of chestnut praline and you couldn’t even taste it. The drive through employee also seemed miserable. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a vanilla sweet cream with extra creamer and 6 shots of vanilla so of course I’m expecting a sweet coffee and got a bitter mess of a coffee, had them remake it as not salvageable with more creamer.. also asked for a straw. remake was little less bitter but still not sweet and again no straw so I went to grab one as it’s just on the inside of the counter and got met with attitude that I was violating health codes, well MF if it’s that big of a deal put them back where customers can get them instead of making them wait 10 mins for an employee to acknowledge someone standing there to ask for a straw to make them feel like they’re personally the person killing turtles. … Also their bathroom was disgusting pictures are what I walked in to see. Flies all over the inside of the store. How the sink dirty ????
