Aged and what I would call unclean. Service, every time is “lost in the shuffle” ! The coordination of service is lopsided from others in this franchise.

Only drive thru, which sucks and is a waste of time when you lookup in Google and drive all the way.

This location was too focused on ONLY the drive-thru, they barely paid attention to the little bit of customers in the lobby. I got out of the drive thru because the line was too long, the cars that were behind me still received their order before I did. I ended up asking for a refund after waiting almost 20 minutes.

I ordered my sandwich and white chocolate mocha drink before arriving. I waited in line to pick up my order for 20 mins. My order wasn’t ready. They rushed through making my drink. It wasn’t blended thoroughly, no whip cream & tasted disgusting. I had to ask for the rest of my order which was the bacon egg Gouda sandwich. I was very disappointed.

This location regularly closes the store but allows pre-ordering in the app. It completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering for convenience when I have to wait in a drive through line 10 cars long to get something I intended to grab quickly when I’m in a hurry. I would much rather they shut down app pre-orders so I know to avoid.

They’re just humans trying to make your coffee, Emily was nice. They can’t control the store being closed and how many cars are in the drive thru . They don’t get paid enough for how people treat them.

Asked the manager why I was being charged extra for something I was never charged in the past. Manager said that’s how it is now and abruptly ended the conversation. Then proceeded to give me the worst shaken expresso I’ve ever been handed. Never had a problem with this Starbucks in the past. Sept 12 after 9am.

Placed order for walk in pick up. When I walked in 7 cars in drive through. While wait two more came into drive through. They cleared drive through before making my order. The woman making coffee looked at me multiple times. When asked she stated she had my order. Pick up time was 10:30 I left at 10:45. Even people who ordered at counter waited for drive through first. Other Starbucks are close go there.

Very busy, good service but very busy with customers & forgot portion of order, had to request it twice, part was still incorrect,but we left it as is. Staff was apologetic & polite, food was good otherwise!
