This used to be a great spot, but lately has gone downhill. It seems there’s different staff, the drinks/food isn’t great, and they aren’t open half the days they say they are or they close very early.

I will leave a 5 star because I absolutely love this location, I always order ahead and my drink is ready when I get there, and perfect every time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm just sad because I haven't been able to order ahead the past few days, and when I left for work early today so I had time to wait in the drive thru (about 3:40p.m.), they informed me they closed at 3:30 today. I didn't have a backup plan because the app didn't say they were closing or anything, otherwise I would have stopped at Dunkin off the interstate in Cottage Grove. I might have to make Dunkin my go to now and that just makes me sad, I hope they go back to their regular hours and bring back online ordering soon!!

They absolutely drag ass at this Starbucks whenever you are going through the drive thru. If you're in a rush, it's better to just order ahead on the mobile app or else you'll be waiting at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru.

Damn y’all stingy today. I should’ve been charged the grande instead. My drink was not filled up. The light top part is just the matcha cream foam. The rest below is the actual matcha tea. You guys need to serve what ppl pay for.

Horrible customer service. Asked for specific drink, said they had it, waited 10 min and found out did not have it and they tried to refund me but unsuccessful! I paid for nothing. Didn't seem too apologetic that this happened!! Never will return
