I went there tonight and ordered a mocha .I don't think they added any milk ;I think they used just hot water(with espresso and cocoa) I'm pretty sure most times I've ordered a mocha before they've always put milk in it and even asked if I wanted whole milk, 2% ,or some dairy alternative like oat milk or soy milk.I have a feeling they've hired some new people cuz usually my drinks are made really well there.Very disappointed tonight.

The girl that wears the blue Hoodie eith dark hair and the shorter one that has glasses that can't make anyrhing at all and in the process she doesnt pay attention to what shes doing snd juat talks and laughs. Then when it's wrong she smirks with her coworkers. I already snapped on her once. I'll never come back. Get rid of the kids and get real genuine people.

Lovely barista there. I don’t know her name but she had black hair and a colorful face mask. She was super kind and went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable- all while taking everyone’s orders and making them by herself!

This Starbucks close at 8pm because they are in a Barnes and Noble, you can find a good reading and a good atmosphere to take your coffee in the same place, don’t miss it

Very low staffed. There was only one order in front of me and it still took 8 minutes to get a latte. Nice people and good drink. I just need to be patient i guess.

Absolutely awful service. I waited in line, only one person ahead of me. 15 minutes, then somebody just cut in front of me and the staff still proceeded to help that person. I just left. Never going back.
