Can’t help but feel scammed. I used to come here a lot, but every time I visit it’s like they are ripping us off more and more. The prices are increasing and the portion sizes are getting smaller. I ordered one of the pasta menu items today, it looked like they filled maybe 2/3 of a regular portion and I was charged for a “build your own” which is more expensive. If I’m paying nearly $12 for a bowl of pasta then I expect the bowl to at least be filled. Before I noticed, the staff had moved on. No complaints with the pizza.

Fast friendly service, nice laid back atmosphere. Pasta too soft. Vodka sauce very boring, not much flavor.

Love this place but one of the managers was "training" the barista while taking my order today and she didn't have the best attitude. Made it a little awkward for me and the worker who was getting lectured

I come here pretty much every week because it works with my school schedule. A few months ago, this would have been a 5 star place, because the food is great. However, they need to be training the pizza makers on how pizza works. The past few weeks I've been here, I have consistently had someone make my food who I have had to ask not to pile a mountain of a topping in only the center of the pizza. I have to ask him to spread the sauce instead of just putting 2 or 3 huge piles every time I've had him. Toppings need to be spread evenly for pizza to work! Why is no one here telling this guy that? If I'm paying 13 bucks for a personal pizza, it's gotta be handled better than this.

After a 30-minute wait, our pizza was nowhere to be found, and no one seemed to have any idea where it had gone. It was truly a dreadful experience.

The pizza crust is probably the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. Very tough and stale tasting,

I got a regular pepperoni pizza, and I have got to say that it was the worst-tasting pizza I have ever had. I made better pizza in my freshman year of high school. There’s no way I’m going to pay $11 for a pizza that tastes like $2. Try different ingredients; my taste buds are very disappointed.

This place should be shutdown. It's in such a prime spot! Please put another restaurant!

The gluten free crust was delicious and I watched the folks working change their gloves when they were handling my pizza to prevent cross contamination. It’s a bit of an awkward wait (longer than you’d expect), and I wouldn’t recommend eating at the tables inside unless the weather is poor. Go outside and enjoy the view!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is available.

It’s a classic banger of memorial union. Margherita pizza was solid as usual.
Thai chicken pizza was very good!
