Good food, but Closed much earlier than supposed and posted new hours nowhere. Placed a delivery order and payed for bacon onnl my sandwich, then didn't get it. Store owner was told to reach out and resolve the issue, but never did. Unreliable location with very lazy owner, skip this one.

TOO MUCH MAYO! they put 4 stripes of mayo instead of 3. Very dissapointing..... I will stick to pizza delivery and wine next time! Thanks....

NEVER GO HEREI paid for my food online and they closed 2 hours early with no notice. As the manager walked out they told me to come back for my sandwich in the morning. No refund was ever issued after making many calls.

Let's see: does it really Count if the mask the server is wearing doesn't cover her nose at all and barely covers her lower lip? No... Don't think so. And, as far as the food prep goes, a teaspoon of cheese and "shorting" the protein sucks... not to mention forgetting the mayo. Not impressed and not going back.

The worst service here. Food is always subpar. Out if ingredients and bread constantly. Employees ask you to tip at check out. Employees sit and eat while you stand in line to order and finish before attending customers.

The service here was very bad. The workers didn't know what a club was and asked me to repeat myself multiple times on what I wanted on my sub. I know it is loud behind the counter and it may be hard to remember things, but he asked me about three times what kind of bread I wanted - the first step. After I paid, the worker was pestering me for a tip. He asked me twice for a tip, shaking the tip jar in my face. It was a very unorganized environment as the other person working asked me to pay after I already did too, again asking for any spare change. The sandwich was fine, although they didn't ask if I wanted it toasted or not. I had to ask them for it toasted after they asked me about toppings. I would likely choose any other sandwich shop on campus in the future. Edit: the roast beef looked a little rubbery through the glass. I ignored it and got it anyway as I usually get it at other places. Just finished eating and had to spit out my food. The beef was definitely left out too long.

I have been to this Subway three times in my four years in Madison. Each time, I promise myself I won't go back again, but sometimes it is the only cheap/close/open option. From here on out, I'll just go hungry. It is a well known fact the employees here aggressively ask for tips while you check out, usually by shaking the tip jar at you and staring you down. The last time I went, they were out of turkey, swiss, and avocado. No explanation or apologies were offered. When I checked out, the cashier asked me for a tip TWICE. First, he said, "don't forget to help us out," and pointed at the tip jar. I told him I'll see what I can do. After I paid and put my card in my wallet, he stared at me and shook the tip jar in my direction. I told him I didn't have any cash. He stared at me, and without saying a word, walked to the back of the store. As far as the food goes, it's a lower mid-tier sub, but that's to be expected at Subway. I have never been to a restaurant with worse service. I won't go back, and I highly recommend you don't either.
Order was ready for pick up at 4:55. They close at 5. I show up at 4:58 to get my prepaid food. The door was locked. I waited 25 mins. No food was made. Nothing. Won't come back.
