Good as ever. Shakes in general are overpriced but I think that's everywhere. The app takes up too much space. Complete the survey for a few cookie with purchase. The ice is big here. I'd think they'd have a Freestyle machine given their menu choices. I like the deals received via the app. The wreck is my go to. Still enjoy the peppers akin to pepper relish or muffeletta mix. Staff is sweet, polite and patient here.

Get the A Wreck! It has everything; roast beef, turkey, and ham, oh my! I like to add oil and Italian seasoning with hot giardiniera if you really want to thrill your tastebuds. Love the selection of Zapp's chips here! Goes great with your sammie :oP

Food was good, I want to make that clear. The hot peppers are delicious and the sub was toasted perfectly in my opinion. With that being said, I couldn't help but notice this location had quite poor service. Straws empty, wrong meat in my sub, and communication between crew members for -- milkshake orders, online orders, etc..-- was very ineffective. Overall, a good experience in general cuz it's Potbellyâ€ just think a better experience could be achieved in a mall...read full review
