The worker Max ignored me when I said Hello, and didn’t ask what I wanted just opened the bread door and looked at me. I stared at him in silence for a moment until I realized he wasn’t going to say anything and told him my order. The pepper jack cheese was, for the first time I every saw it, yellow.

Somewhere between Ham and Cheese the guy making my sandwich heard Turkey and I was so tired from work that I didn't notice, even though the result was extra cash for a worse sandwich. If you want to correct order after repeating yourself 3 times try a different location.

We placed an order for pickup, and they didn’t get our order but did not want to give us a refund/make the order. They eventually gave us the managers phone number, but the whole thing was not accommodating whatsoever. I understand mistakes happen, or systems glitch, but then you have to do something to remedy the situation!

Good service, I am FAR from cheap. I blow money daily. This is a little lame tho, $13.50 for a footlong. All I had was turkey and bacon. It's 98% bread. Ever since subway started being shady by hiding half their prep table, I've slowly started to not like it

Well I never thought I would have to walk out of a subway when they wouldn't give me extra pickles. Hard cut off at 20 pickles per foot long. AND DON'T think you can pay extra for those 10 extra pickle slices you want. NOPE THAT'S THE HARD MAX, NO EXCEPTIONS. Worker says that's the franchisees rules!

I'm paying 15 dollars for a 5 dollar sandwich and the 10 cents of bulk pickles is where you decide the hard limit is? THROW THE SANDWICH IN THE TRASH THEN. Your going to have to skimp on pickles for the next 100 sandwiches to make up for this idiocy. What an insane way to do business... Will never be back to this location...

I ordered pickup order on subway App and it showed ready for pickup. When I arrived, the store staff refused to give me food saying they cannot find it in the system. I showed them the App confirmation and confirmed it is the correct store, but they still refused to do anything to accommodate. So I ended up paying for the food but didn't get the food. What else can I say about the experience!

They don't accept their own damned coupons. They still make margin, it's simply greed. The franchises in the area are owned by foreigners...they need a better understanding of how things work here.
