I ordered pickup order on subway App and it showed ready for pickup. When I arrived, the store staff refused to give me food saying they cannot find it in the system. I showed them the App confirmation and confirmed it is the correct store, but they still refused to do anything to accommodate. So I ended up paying for the food but didn't get the food. What else can I say about the experience!

They don't accept their own damned coupons. They still make margin, it's simply greed. The franchises in the area are owned by foreigners...they need a better understanding of how things work here.

I have done online order hundreds of times and this is the first store blatantly refused to give me the food I paid for. I made the purchase on Subway app and it showed order ready for pickup. The staff and manager said they cannot find it in the system. They reviewed the order on app and confirmed it was the correct store but still refused to do anything.Avoid at all cost.

Might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway location. It is clean and tidy. The owner was working and was super personable and nice. He talked to everyone and really seemed to know his customers well. We enjoyed a great conversation and I will absolutely be back!

I think when different staff are working you get a different experience. I ordered the pizza. The manager was training a young staff. She was Middle Eastern/Asian descent I didn't care for her approach. I have ordered the pizza several times she was extremely skimpy with the toppings, then wanted to charge me extra for cheese. Then on top of that crust still white at the bottom and I asked for Baja chipotle sauce she squeezed the smallest amount she could in the cup. $6 can't beat it but I won't be back when she is present her energy wasn't very good. Bad attitude and she should wear a hair net next time. Skimping people out of their money isn't good. I was tempted to refuse the order which I should have done.
