I had a coupon to get any 3 footlongs for $17.99, and said that they’ll all be vegetarian. I asked for a veggie patty, the man at the counter said he couldn’t make that as it wouldn’t be covered under the coupon. Same for an egg sandwich. He was insistent on me getting just veggies on my sandwich. And then he had the audacity to be surprised that I wanted all the available veggies on my sandwich. Never have I had this issue at any other locations before and I said so. Another guy at the counter heard this and said I could do these sandwiches if I paid $3 extra for each of them. This is ridiculous! Never going to this location again!

I have come here a lot. The service is not good at all for me. The man did not say much to me and was very cold to me. Then we did. It warm up the eggs first. And when I bit into my sandwich, the eggs were still cold! As I sit there eating this cold sandwich, I see the man acting differently towards others. A little nicer but with me he was not so nice. Never asked if I wanted anything else. I will never go back there again.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub. It was not good. The texture. The flavor. I don't know how to explain it. But it tasted fake. Like I wasn't eating real food? Idk I just did not like it at all. I hadn't eaten at Subway in probably over 15 years. Now I know why it had been so long.

Call to verify that a coupon was valid, the person said that it was. I told him that the coupon on my phone said to order on line or go to the store. He said that the coupon had to be on paper. I told him that those instructions should be made public and he said he did not make the rules, so I told him he should let management, he hung up. Rude, this is not the first time that I have encountered problems at this location.

We have ordered delivery and pick up from this location twice now and both times they have not gotten our order correct. Missing items and completely mixing up two different sandwiches. When I tried to file something regarding the missing items the first time nothing was done.

The young man working tonight 6:30 pm who made my sandwiches did a excellent job and was very customer service friendly and did a very good job he red the slip wrong and was very professional with fixing a simple small mistake. He deserves some gratitude and even a raise I’m super happy with this young man’s professionalism I used to manage a subway and now am a manager at autozone so I know all about management

It's subway they are all about the same. The service from the extremely nice woman is above all others. She was very polite and got her job done while taking time to make the customers feel like they have a connection to this friendly store.
