The two lady’s that were working were just chatting in the back. One was combing here hair and looked at me several times. Never acknowledged me. I asked if they were open and they said yes. I said I would like my sandwich and they proceeded to ignore and speak in Spanish language. Trash service

This subway customer service was beyond horrible. There were two female staff on 6/21/24 at 3.48 pm and they were both horrible. Sighing and rolling their eyes at customers, one spoke English and the other did not. The one who only spoke Spanish was dressed like she was in the kitchen in her house, none of them had name tags. They left the sandwiches open-faced and all the sauces they put on just robbed into the wrapping paper and stayed there, very messy. A poor Muslim guy was trying to order a sandwich without bacon and they told him the sandwich would taste better with bacon in it? and the one who was trying so hard to give him the bacon was frustrated that he wouldn’t just take it the way she was offering it to him that they had to switch spots so our horrible server could continue with him and she came to us. Our 9-year-old was just observing the whole thing play on and said “These ladies don’t like people”?. It was really really bad.

They are rude impolite very disrespectful and nasty . The three staffs a boy and two girls on Saturday June 23rd was trying to yank the sandwich from mh sixteen years old daughter .I have to call the police on the them .thst place is dirty the sandwich taste bad and they are no customer service skills and cannot speak .The owner never apologist for their actions after she was called to resolve the issue .We paid and got our receipts they claimed we dint pay .

I shop at Walmart very often and I go to Subway and there is this one latina lady with a bun in her hair she always have an attitude and looks mean all the time. You shouldn't be working at Subway if you have an attitude all the time

This location does not accept most deals listed on the app. Ended up ordering a 6" and a large coke for pickup and took it home. Once i took a bite, I knew it wasn't fresh. The bread was tough and chewy... and when I went to take a drink of my coke, I was disappointed to find out they had given me dr pepper! I filled out the survey afterwards and mentioned the problems. I recieved a canned response from them saying they were sorry, no offer to refund or replace.

Very unprofessional. I had made a order and have called 5 times and nobody has answered. I tried calling walmart and the manager was very disrespectful. I will never be going back to either that location subway or walmart. You lost a very good customer. My food has still not arrived to my house which I literally live down the street and only ordered 2 subs.

Originally, they were going to get 1 star for only having 6 meatballs on a foot long sub. But being that a few hours later, I was puking my guts out, maybe less is better. It was the only thing that I ate that day, so there's no doubt what caused the vomiting. I knew that it didn't taste normal, but they are advertising that everything is changing, so I had just assumed that they had changed something. Never have I had this problem before in the hundreds of times that I have had their meatball subs.
They had a baby om the counter and where on the phone. Subways phone number doesn't work will never eat subway again.

I went there today and for the first time I had a very bad experience. The worker provided lack luster service. He was worried about flirting with women. When I went to pay he asked me to leave a tip and pointed to the tip jar. I found this very rude. I felt bad for his co-worker who seems very capable and sick of his behavior.

Very poor service. Usually you get fresh bread well this bread is so old it has no flavor and it just crumbles. The lettuce is brown the bacon is grease. Just terrible. This is at Walmart east on Nakoosa rd Madison Wisconsin.
