In birthing suite and my husband got hungry so he went down to the subway. Lady working was rude, she watched him walk up but continued to ignore him for an additional 45sec to finish whatever she was doing on her phone. After opening and eating his sandwich the bread looked very light in color almost not cooked properly and he even got it toasted. Definitely was not impressed. The guests in this hospital should be able to go a restaurant that’s offered and located within the hospital for good food and service.

I have always been a Subway customer but now I am very disappointed. The worst rude employees. It is seen that they do not like their work because they address the public very rude and they only want to be on their cell phone. I am very sorry for the chain of stores that this tarnishes their image.

Only 1 worker at the store but her boyfriend was also in the store and in the back. They had no cookies. The workers boyfriend followed me out to my car. I had to call the police in the parking lot

Tried two different sandwiches on different days with different employees working behind the counter - both experiences were positive. Ingredients and bread were fresh, the employees were at least trained and able to punch through orders quickly. A nice change from the cafeteria downstairs every now and then.

I ordered and paid online , when I went to pick it up ( at the time the app told me to) it was not ready and I was horrified that neither employee was wearing masks and there were 2 other people in there also without masks. They didn't appear to be customers as there was no food in front of themThat was bad enough but as the clerk was putting the sandwiches in the bag she licked her fingers to open the plastic bag and then grabbed my order and put it in the bag. That had been my go to location for subs but no longer. I would've hoped for more precautions in place during this pandemic. It was a waste of money and I threw the food away as suspect. Then I went threw a drive up that I know wear masks.

Disappointed as usual. Bread was crispy as their norm any time I stop in. When she first grabbed my bread and sliced it, I cud see the top flaking off. I asked her if it was hard. She squeezes it and says oh no, it's fresh. I pay for my sandwich, get it to the car, open it, and it's just as dry and flaky as I was afraid of. Tasted horrible. Never again.

Just got a slider and is all it was 1 piece of meat and half slice of chz toasted. They never asked if i wanted anything in it, nor does the meat justify the picture advertised. Don't waste your money!!

Very disrespectful then ask for my receipt and guy throws on ground asked to get a new one asked if his names on the receipt said yes then I show him it is not then he goes to throw that one and says name is jaun

They are always extremely rude when I come in here. No acknowledgement or greeting, nothing. I didn't think customer service was that difficult. If you don't want to serve people don't work in customer service!!! BEWARE DONT EAT HERE!!!!

I like subway, but some of the employees are rude and the slop your sandwich together. They need to listen to what the customer is saying so that they limit mistakes. Went there this morning to get a sandwich and they had no bread. She wasn't even trying to get any ready. The young lady was fumbling with pans and no ovens were on.

I was amazed at how well kept this lil spot is! The counter is spotless and they keep everything well organized. Food was good and fresh and the staff very friendly. I'm sure patients and guest like having this a choice out side of vending and cafeteria food.
