Best place to visit if you want to receive insults, hate, abuse and threats by employees just because they are too lazy to call you clearly and loud enough so you can hear your name for an online order, when you haven't violate any rules or laws and was acting nicely and peacefully, instead they will went off on you, call you in many bad names and even threatening you they they will assault and hit you if you ever showed up to there again, I'm talking about one particular tall African-american employee who mostly works afternoon shifts, who can't even follow a proper dresscode, I'm not planning to abandon visit the place just because of one employee, and if he ever touch me, threat me, destroying my food - police will be involved.

Melissa at the park street location is awesome! Very patient, I brought my daughter in to get a sub and she was very patient and interacted very well! Fast and friendly she was! She deserves 20 stars customer service was the best I have since I have visited the store! We will be back! Thank you Melissa!

Mayo looked damn their green in the bottle when they sprayed it on my sandwich when I got the sandwich out to my car and looked at it the olives were blatantly old and were straight mushy mayo had a kinda gross aroma I’ve never been to a subway this disgusting

It’s subway for heaven’s sake - the food is not worth all the attitude that the employees give you. Placed an online order and the website crashed, card was charged, tried calling several times to no answer. Drove there instead, went inside to see if they had my order. An older, short latina lady gave me an attitude while I was trying to ask if they perhaps got it on their end. They were annoyed that I kept trying to call (there were absolutely zero customers in the store) and she said that they can’t give me anything if I don’t have the confirmation screen from subway. Tried to stay calm although a bit frustrated, but she put me over the top. Owner luckily walked in and was able to find my order through his email, and he gave me the order that was sitting just behind her on the counter the entire time. She could have just asked what my order was — honestly just looking at past reviews, it seems like she does not belong in any sort of customer service job. Her attitude ruined my appetite.

The owner of this Subway is very giving to the community and just so happens to have the best subways locations in town. Fast service and excellent customer service from staff. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a quick lunch run!

I came into this establishment on Monday April 1st during lunch time. There were two Latina women at the counter. One was preparing sandwiches the other was not. The one who was not had a horrible attitude. I was not acknowledged and then asked what I was there for? I stated for a sandwich! I told her what kind and to give me a second as I was attempting to make a sandwich I saw virally on Tiktok and wanted to ensure I was getting all the right items. No one was in line she kept rushing me. I told her give me a second. She huffed and puffed, and rolled her eyes. Due to her attitude I refused service, and went to another location and was treated appropriate. Heavyset short Latina woman in her mid 40-50's id say. I will not return. Will be reaching out to corporate as well.

This location is very hit and miss. Which is why we don't go to this one anymore. I'm curious to know if the owner of this location knows how it's being run. My poor husband went in to get subs and asked for the spicy Italian and whatever it comes with. We get home and all that's in there is a few slices of meat... It's also unprofessional to tell a customer multiple times, "That's going to cost extra".. Not to mention, it appears there are people that are not employees, hanging around the restaurant. 🧐😬

Their service is excellent. I ordered two footlong subways on the app and someone by mistake messed up my order by switching the breads and when called and raised a complain about it, they were kind enough to quickly place a new order and get it delivered within 10 mins. And let me keep the existing subs! Thank you team!
