I think this may be the best restaurant in Dubuque. Fresh food, exciting spice blends, impeccable service. And, yes, the mango ice cream is a must!

The Swagat food truck (Dubuque Iowa) was a fantastic find. Having traveled extensively and sampled Indian cuisine from various regions around the world, I can confidently say that the chicken 65 , and vindaloo , naan bread the spices and taste was spot on very tasty and authentic.
