I've tried to personally order here two times in two weeks. The first time the delivery person put the package in a obscure area on the 1st floor far from the front door and through several other doors and in a stair well. We are on the 3rd floor.
Today I tried ordering 5x on the website and it auto refunded me with no info or error message. I tried the chat bot which was useless and then it connected me with Kath who did not reply to my questions and then sent a page of instructions for ordering on the website and troubleshooting it.
Whenever I have a poor experience at a restaurant, I always first and foremost go to the reviews. Glad I’m not the only one that I experienced what I experienced at this particular sweetgreen, in which they UNDERSERVE your meals. Even when you call them out on it, it won’t matter. Shrink-flation is a real thing and it is such a slap in the face to the consumer. Paying almost $20 while being served baby portions of certain food items is just incomprehensible and repulsive. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Seriously underwhelming. We watched a You Tube video from Bobby Parrish who highly recommended it so went. The fries were not crispy and just tasted off, although the aoili and sweet potato were delicious As others mentioned our bowls felt like we were eating grain and little else. A few pieces broccoli and chicken. WAY to expensive for that. For 2 bowls, 2 fries and one other thing, was a total wastes. If it was a total of $15, maybe justifiable. It was way more than that. Service was not very welcoming or friendly. We almost felt a bother so we said nothing.
The actual building and location were very nice. Super disappointing.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
I’ve never had sweet green before but the girl helping me told me they have a new manager Jerred and he came out and say hi to me. Loved the vibe and the food was amazing. I topically never get a salad but he convinced me to get the chicken pesto salad and man!!!! It was AMAZING! 10/10. Will come back tomorrow for lunch ❤️

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
The food is incredibly underwhelming. My wife had already taken a couple of bites (and I mean just a couple…). Look through the photos already posted. Charging $18 for 5 florets of broccoli and a tablespoon of overcooked fish is just not up to the standard we expect from Hildale. There are tons of better options close by, Forage included. Forage is faster, more food, higher quality, more friendly, and consistently good for a better price. Very very disappointed in Sweet Green. I hope the rest of the Hildale expansion draws better restaurants….

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

Every time I order food from sweet green, they are ALWAYS out of bread, no matter the time or day I order. On my last order, I checked with the worker to make sure it had bread, and she was super rude about it. And of course my order didn’t have bread, they were apparently out already at 1pm.

Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚
I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.
