I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.
a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.
We had high Hopes for this healthy food choice. could not have been more dissapointed. highly advertised ripple fries, cold and tasteless. 4.55 for about 8 chip/slices. My hot honey chicken bowl was mostly quino, very little slaw and the sweet potatoes cold and tough. the carrot slices were bland and discolored, like they had been sliced days before.the chicken was tough. I was lucky enough to have been given some bread from my friend I was dining with. my bowl and fries,no drink, but gave tip, came to almost 24 dollars. I left hungry and should have said something but didn’t. also, while dining, a gal behind the counter kept running a very large grinder, it took her 2 hands to run it, was so big and loud. we had to stop in the middle of our conversation several times because we could not hear each other. overall not a good experience. on the upside, place was clean, help was friendly, water was cold and easily available. will not be going back or recommending to anyone.
Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.
I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. I take home a salad from here several times a week and have never had a bad experience. Food is great, service is awesome, everyone who works here is really cool and should be proud of the restaurant they're running.

Dear Sweet Green. My fav thing about running errands is NOT STOPPING at SG any more ….why? You guys are ridiculous now, first, all the prices when up, ok I get it…. Inflation, the portion size got smaller but the prices got higher, then you can only get 2 salad dressings, anything over that you got to pay, now you took away the salad bowl and serving the salads in the plates that you serve the grain plates, prices didn’t go down🤨🤨🤔🤔, Your customers can now count the leaves of the greens that’s in the salads. Very ridiculous, very unfair, very not buying anymore! #disappointed. sweetgreen @sweetgreen

I will never in life give my money to a business that if I or anyone else needed a GLASS OF WATER they would deny that! Truly atrocious even for modern times.
Twice in a row I've ordered from this place, on two different platforms, and they've cancelled my order with no warning after making me wait over an hour, claiming they were "out of something." If you're out of something, you should know it sooner than an hour after an order is placed. The food is also extremely overpriced, on top of their incredibly poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It deserves to go out of business.

Got yelled at by the employees of the restaurant for bringing my bike in. While I completely understand the stresses of customer service jobs and the fact that rules have to be upheld, it is frankly extremely disrespectful to yell at a customer instead of simply informing them that they are breaking a rule. Will not be supporting sweet green anymore.

A bit on the pricy side but the quality supersedes that, the blackened chicken and warm roasted potatoes are delicious and I get food from here consistently. Would recommend trying this place out ?

My absolute FAVORITE place! With dietary restrictions, I really don't have many option to choose from on Doordash. Sweetgreen has many options that I can choose from. I order the Hummus Crunch every time, so freaking GOOOD! The hummus, superb and the pesto vinaigrette is divine!
