This Taco Bell is quite disappointing. The food is often very sloppily made. When ordering delivery, items are often missing. It's just seemingly a very poorly run location.

The staff was arguing about a worker they deemed to be lazy. The parking lot was slippery and covered in ice. I slipped and nearly fell in the parking lot.

One of my orders was done incorrectly due to an item shortage a while back; they made it as well as they could and let me know they could remake it once everything was back in stock. They remade it today and James is one of the best managers out there. Made me feel super welcome.

I normally hit this place up at night after getting off work and just wanted to give a big shout out to Tony who was working drive thru right along with the rest of the workers on 11/7/25 at 12:10am. Always friendly and the food is always cooked and well packaged Thanks guys ✌️

employee cussed and muttered under his breath before slamming the door in my face instead of just telling me they couldn’t accept my form of payment, what I assume was his manager had to tell me I needed to pay another way and the employee continued to be rude despite my attempts at being polite. At least my food was correct

If I could give zero stars I would the series is terrible the drive through is always ridiculously slow and once you get up to order they say the drive through is closed. This has happened on multiple occasions. The employees are always rude and I have gotten my order messed up on multiple occasions. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered but the worst fast food place. I don’t even know how it’s still up and running I would avoid it and go to the other locations if I were u.

Really depends on the day you go there. Depending on who's manager on duty you will either have amazing accurate food, or slightly warm food that is missing an item or two and not follow the custom instructions, sometimes even making random customization that isn't even default to the item.

This place reekksss of fith. I called today 10/1/2025 at 8:43 I had a simple question guy on the phone wouldn’t let me even say what I had to say constantly talking over me you could hear a lady on the phone who I’m guessing is above them say “hang up that phone” and he did which 1 is rude 2 have me the ick I would genuinely never get food from here if that’s how they talk to costumers…I called back for my question and asked why did he gag up on me and he immediately started gaslighting me and saying he doesn’t know who did it and it could have been a connection error which is funny to me because it’s the same voice again I would NEVER come here or give these people my money go to the other Taco Bell’s they are more nicer

You know I don’t get some of these reviews. I’m a vegetarian and I sometimes have the most unhinged orders like I will substitute and add multiple things, etc. Every time it is correct and it doesn’t matter how crazy the substitutions are because the app allows for so much mayhem. And this review is after 10 years of ordering from this location. Absolutely wonderful service even after all these years. I wish I could tip all the workers.
