Was here yesterday and an older white woman who was working behind the counter was yelling about how she didn't work Fridays, and that she wasn't working her birthday and how she didn't want to open with Fatima? She proceeded to call a manager and scream at him about this situation. She also mentioned she has a PO meeting coming up which was super pleasant to hear. The whole experience was super unprofessional. We decided to ask for our food to go.

Food is always good but the main reason I frequent this location specifically is due to an outstanding employee by the name of Jorge. The first time I met Jorge I was pleasantly surprised by his positivity and outgoing attitude which is rare in an industry that is overworked and underpaid. I continued to come back to this location and each and every time I’m greeted with the same smile from Jorge. I would even be a little upset on the days I would come through and he wasn’t there as quality/experience was not the same. All in all I came here to say that Jorge is the best and I sincerely hope that someone up the ladder reads this and gives Jorge the recognition he deserves.

Good luck calling them when something goes wrong… They don’t answer, well actually they answer, but than hang up right up, this has happened on NUMEROUS occasions with this location… Good luck getting double meat, you have 30% chance of actually getting it after paying for it… All these fast food restaurants are going more and more down the drain in Madison… HORRIBLE customer service COLD FOOD! The food is literally cold 50% of the time with all of them!

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru late at night and was absolutely blown away by the experience! I ordered the Cravings Box, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The food was not only delicious but also perfectly prepared. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a swift and pleasant transaction. Despite it being a busy evening, they managed to keep the line moving smoothly, and I received my order in no time.What impressed me the most was the value for money. The Cravings Box offered a variety of items at an incredibly reasonable price, making it a fantastic deal. It's rare to find such quality food and service at a fast-food restaurant.In summary, Taco Bell's drive-thru service was outstanding, and the Cravings Box was a hit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They constantly get order's wrong, and last visit was the last straw! Whoever made my food literally threw it together as if they were deliberately trying to do it wrong. Monona location will do you right, and much friendlier staff.
