Came with a group of 6, teens and adults. Everyone was able to find something they liked on the menu. The service was very personal and excellent. The food tasted great. The cheese curds are a must have. The portions were more than generous.

Got a patty melt with sweet potato fries and the fries weren’t really edible.
Service and shots were great!

I ordered a garden salad with chicken and a side of cheese curds, along with a peach mojito. While the salad was basic, the cheese curds stole the show – they were absolutely amazing! The outside was perfectly light and crispy, and each bite was delicious. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy and service was a bit slow, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. If you’re visiting, do yourself a favor and get the cheese curds – they’re totally worth it!

Despite my loyalty to the Hilton brand and my attempt to redeem Hilton Honors points for a stay at the DoubleTree Hilton East, I encountered a series of frustrating setbacks. It all began when I arrived at the DoubleTree on February 6, hoping to use my accumulated points for an unexpected short stay with my beloved little dog, who was rescheduled for knee surgery the following morning. However, upon checking in, I was informed that I needed to use the Hilton Honors app to book the room in order to redeem my points. Following this guidance, I promptly made the reservation through the app. (And was charged $70 more for a little dog the shared my bed and made no noise or mess). To my dismay, despite having made the reservation through the app, my credit card was still charged for the evening. Concerned about this discrepancy, I reached out to Hilton Honors customer service, who conference-called the front desk to address the issue. It was determined that the stay needed to be updated on their end to reflect the redemption of my points. Regrettably, despite my efforts, several weeks passed without any updates regarding the resolution of this matter. As the unexpected stay coincided with my dog's rescheduled knee surgery, the financial strain of paying for the accommodation on top of the medical expenses became particularly challenging. In my follow-up emails, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of empathy and understanding exhibited in the responses received. Despite my hopes for a satisfactory resolution, the responses from Ariana fell short of addressing the root of the problem. It felt like my concerns about misinformation and the frustration I experienced were being overlooked. Ultimately, the ordeal left me feeling undervalued and unheard as a customer. The sad undertone resonates as my faithful companion and I endured the hardship of an unexpected night in Madison, with little support or acknowledgment from the Hilton team.
Bartender was attentive, much appreciated!

We saw an announcement there was a new lounge and restaurant. Arriving we realized it was part of a hotel, but gave it a shot. It was a nice lounge, but a bit of hotel noise. We ordered two old fashions which we decent, however when we got the bill it was almost $30 for two drinks and a the tip. If you are not looking to capture repeat business, your are on the right track.

My husband and I played date night roulette and ended up here for Valentines day. It did not disappoint! The rules: we had to ask the waitor their 2 favorite dishes and order them. Austin was spot on with these choices! The steak was incredible! One of our new favorite places. We will be back.Update: we took our Buffalo and Blue cheese chips home, kept them in the fridge for over 24 hours, threw then in the airfryer on high for 5 minutes and they were fantastic!
Probably the best cheese curds I have ever had but the worst burger I've ever had. It was disgusting. You can get better burgers at Culver's down the street. Do not get baited by the 5 star reviews for this place.Serves were very nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the entree food is nothing to write home about.
Understaffed, the same as everywhere, but they didn't miss a beat!! Fantastic filet & great service. Thanks for a great meal!
