The best Taiwanese restaurant I have had in the US. The food is very authentic and even better than the restaurant in Taiwan.

It was clean. The servers were nice! There was a large variety of authentic Taiwan food
. We tried a lot of food and loved it! Would definitely recommend it.

Great guy.
Delicious!
Their fried chicken steak is really not tasty. The seasoning of the chicken steak is really bad. There are salt grains on the surface, which is very salty. The milk tea and set meal are okay, but I don’t recommend their chicken steak, which is really unpalatable. In the end, I had to order another cup of milk tea to relieve it.

I used to remember coming in to this place when it first opened. It used to be SO much more lively and, well...betted than it is now. They would have seasonal drinks and new options to try.
Price was certainly cheaper too.
I remember them even having stamp cards for their drinks and their food was top notch. Now? Everything feels bare bones. They used to have a bowl option for a quarter dark meat chicken bowl and now I see they don't even have that when I originally came in jonesing for it. They removed a good bit of their chicken cutlet flavors and cut down their drink menu IMMENSELY.
Am I wrong for thinking that its kinda become soulless?

The chicken gave me food poisoning. The other food was good, so maybe I just got unlucky. I would still advise staying away from the chicken.

Every thing about this store reminds me me of Taiwan. The owner was kind enough to chat with me about her story and the dishes I should get.
I got a combo with braised pork rice and tofu.

Taiwan Little Eats has a great location on State Street. The atmosphere is cute and cozy - but unfortunately the food did not match the vibe for us. I ordered braised pork over rice noodles and my husband had the same over white rice. They are the same price but his came with a lot more veg and mine just came with carrots. I did enjoy the spinach on the side, but wasn’t a fan of the dish itself. The pork was very fatty and sugary. The egg was rubbery. I was hoping for higher quality with the price of almost $20/person. There is also no service - you order on a screen and pick up from a window. Unfortunately would not recommend this place.
