Love the food and the staff! We've been coming here for 17+ years. Highly recommend!!!

Went in a Thursday night dinner, staff were great, it was slow only 3 other group eating. We got veggie sushi’s and they were good. Our entrees however were very mid, it was pretty bland and only had a soy sauce taste. I got the udon veggie and tofu teriyaki, they tasted the same like one soy sauce bottle was used to make both dishes. My friend got the tonkastu and she said it was a good basic tonkastu. I had high expectations but was a little disappointed. I left with the food in a to go box because I had to stop eating and felt bad leaving all the food there.

$75 (including tip) for two people at dinnertime, all you can eat CONVEYER BELT SUSHI. They'll also come to the table (eventually) and ask you if you want specific things).

It took them a while to come talk to us, and I'm too scurred to be walking around looking for people in a restaurant 😭

Photo is how much we ate; 1.5 hour time limit, but we got full after like 30 minutes—it don't stop folks, the food keeps coming: more food than you could ever eat.

Food was delicious, server was courteous and came over a few times checking in. You have the option of ordering the conveyor belt sushi buffet, ordering a specialty roll, or something off the grill like Salmon Hibachi. All the food was delicious. I would say the conveyor belt sushi doesn't seem to have as exciting rolls as you can order but still a cool experience!

The order was placed as to go so I can not comment on service or ambiance.

However, all rolls for two people were delicious and fresh. The Maki Combo is best value for your money. Miso soup is tasty. Shrimp dumplings are wonderful as well.

An update from visit on 05/27/23. By looking at all negative review fee have substance. Most people who leave those never had or will ha be their own business. So easily to spit on someone else work and livelihood. If restaurant is empty I’d be delighted. No long wait times or loudness. The food was served fresh and incredibly tasty. The interior is absolutely beautiful in comparison to most other sushi places in Madison. Highly recommend. These people work hard to service us delicious food they specialize on.

An update from all you can eat experience:
Despite many negative reviews we greatly enjoy all you can eat. Be aware that $34.95 will include service charge of $6.50. We were told that is a tip so you’ll pay upwards $43. All items were fresh, the rolls were diverse and constantly coming. Despite this being after 7pm on Saturday. Well worth as you can pay more like $60-70 at a different sushi place if ordered off menu. The rolls were from vegetarian to fresh salmon and tuna with plenty of fish in the rolls. Not rolls were basic. Highly recommend. We were pleasantly surprised.

All you can eat - Friday through Sunday 4pm-8pm.

Good sushi, good atmosphere, and of course I love the conveyor belt. I can't complain about much, it's a good time every time.

This place was excellent. I am so impressed with the quality of the sushi here. We got the all you can eat deal. Highly recommend to try all the different types. The quality is great and fresh. Gorged myself with no regrets.

Disappointment, would not come here again. I was hoping they would have more variety on the belt. For $32 per person, you'd think they'd give you a chance to get your money's worth. Drinks (except water) are not included. You do get soup or salad with the AYOE. Belt options were: crab rangoon, (pork?) dumplings, fried (vegetable?), sesame balls, edamame, salmon nigiri, lots of rolls (a random combination of imitation crab, shrimp tempura, tuna, salmon, avocado, mango), and cakes (the kind you see at buffets). Sushi quality was mediocre and everything else appeared to be store bought/frozen. Our favorite dish was the sesame balls. All the rolls kind of tasted the same, except for the ones with spicy sauce added. It really felt like there was someone in the back haphazardly combining the ingredients to make rolls like salmon+tuna, salmon+avocado+tuna+mango, tuna+avocado+imitation crab, etc.

I wish there was some signage or description about what was on the conveyor belt. We didn't try the dumplings and spring rolls because there was no indication for what was inside and we didn't want to pay a $1 additional fee for uneaten food.

Also, it would be nice to implement an option to order stuff that you could get on the belt. So once you find things you like, you can have it made fresh for you.

Get the sushi belt if you are with friends. Otherwise the regular menu is perfect for smaller groups

Let me start by saying their special rolls are amazing! But BF and I went last night for the all you can eat, and was dissapointed at the lack of sushi variety on the conveyor. It was mostly cakes, fruit, cold rangoon or something of a california roll. It was not worth the 70$ for two.
I guess its hit or miss depending on the day. But I dont think we will be coming back for the all you can eat.

These folx & their food's ALWAYS AMAZING!

I was ESPECIALLY impressed w/Their SPICY DRAGON ROLL + RED TUNA SUSHI (& have Never had Better FRIED ICE CREAM in my LIFE ~ when wanting to indulge in a little Sweet treat after scrumdiddlyumptious meal, go for the FRIED GREEN ICE CREAM. But "careful" ~ y'all might SCREAM w/delight; good luck not scaring any kiddos! ?

I also VERY much appreciated Their kindness after I seemed to have accidentally dropped my medication when departing ~ not realizing until hours later. When I called the next morning, the nice lady that answered didn't even need to check lost & found ~ stating that they tried to find us in lot when discovered; but understandably w/The cold, we'd walked > quickly.)

Bon appetit! ?

Parking: only warning we must give is WATCH OUT FOR POTHOLES!!!!!!! ??‍♀️ (if I recall correctly, There aren't too many ~ just HUGE when you do come across ☮️)
