I have been a patron for more than 15 years and have never eaten better Indian Food anywhere else in the world. They provide top notch food, service, and prices.

I've been here twice for dinner when visiting the city from another university, and I've been impressed every time! Indian food is my most common takeout wherever I go, and this is the restaurant I get most excited about revisiting. Their samosas and naan are specifically impressive to me, and we've thoroughly enjoyed every entree we've gotten as well (saag, tikka masala, lamb curry, etc). They also have great vegetarian options and the service has always exceeded my expectations!

Disappointing. I dined here a few days ago after a long break, and the experience fell well short of my memories. The food lacked flavor and arrived only lukewarm, and prices have nearly doubled. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My husband and I were in the area and needed to get a late dinner, and were happy to see this place was open. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the portions were big enough to get a full meal the next day with the leftovers. We shared samosas and I had a delicious eggplant mash curry (baingan bharta) that was flavorful, smoky and had a good amount of smoldering heat. They had a lot of choices on the menu and if we are in the area again I'd love to try something new.
Ordered carry out for seven persons. Cost $120 plus $10 tip. All food was as ordered. Well prepared. Vegartarion options. Flavorful.

We love trying new Indian restaurants when on vacation and Taste of India was the best Indian food we have had since we were in London last summer. Everything was great and served quickly.

What a gem, they say Fine Indian Cuisine and they mean it; from the menus to the decor, it's dripping with style. Locally owned vibe, service was stellar, food immaculate. Their mild is mild, plan accordingly.

We got tikka masala, mango chicken, rice and naan bread. It was all really good! This was my first experience with Indian food and I am a big fan. The waiters were very attentive and we were never lacking water or rice refills. Thank you for the great experience!

this is a great little spot that deserves more attention!! we walked in and were greeted immediately and the table settings were wonderful. they brought out an appetizer right away, it was a bread with three dipping sauces that were very good although i do not know what they were. we then got mango chicken, tikka masala and naan. these were all delicious and spiced really well. i will b back soon to try out more dishes and the gulab jamun. Thank you for the great experience

Everything is always so delicious, and the service is great. But the chicken dal…it’s basically magical. I wish I could eat it every day!
We live in Beloit and we're hoping Madison had great Indian food. It was mid at best. Rockford seems to be the place to go.
