The 'Teriyaki' chicken did not taste at all Teriyaki. More like honey glaze. Not worth eating after purchasing it. #Yuck

Took 30 minutes to get burnt terryaki chicken that was unedible.i was really looking forward to terryaki chicken and instead got the worst terryaki chicken I've ever recieved. I will never go back...

I wanna start off by saying me and my fiancé love this place, so we were pretty disappointed when last night we ordered 2 chicken teriyakis, one of which we asked for with shrimp. We paid $40 and they ended up not even giving us the shrimp and unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got home. We tried calling but the place closed in 10 minutes so we left it alone.
Just leaving this review so people check their boxes. A $40 meal is actually a big treat for some of us and I was just hoping to enjoy it to the full extent. All love though, thank you for your service! Always yummy.

I usually get the chicken teriyaki with brown rice and vegetables. It's pretty good. They give a very generous serving size. You can have extra meat for $4 if you're extra hungry. They also have a loyalty card. After a few visits, you get one free. So if you haven't tried it. Do it

I’ve been going to TSE for well over a decade and I thought it’s about time I give them credit for all that they do. Their prices have always been fair, the portions are great, quality of food is always on point. They cook everything in front of you but sometimes it may take a min as they get busy. The location is where you’d expect to find some ??? food.

The sushi was "passable" - like a C- on a traditional grading scale. The teriyaki was too salty and some of the chicken was burnt, making those burnt pieces hard as a rock. The service was slow and of questionable cleanliness.

This place has fell off. The teriyaki essentially an order of rice with some meat scraps and cabbage. The yakisoba has about 1/2 the meat it used to. I get rising food prices, but... good luck.

Thanks this is the BEST!!! Teriyaki chicken so far in Madison lol finally??they are very generous with the amount of teriyaki sauce which is a big thing for me…I love the chicken to rice and sauce ratio??? A1
